I chose this hotel because my relatives had previously rested there and were satisfied. I also liked the price, so I opted for this hotel. Before the time we were not settled, but everything was on time, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, we had to wait a bit, but the staff at this hotel are great. The room, however, was old, dark, I did not expect that there are still such rooms in a 5 * hotel. As a result, I wanted to change the number, but they showed me the same one, so I decided not to change anything. Their food is excellent, probably one of the best in Egypt. The territory is cool, I rested with the children, everyone had something to do, both for us, for the younger child, and for the older one. The shops were right next to the hotel, we also went to the city, it was not far, but not within walking distance. The guide disappointed a little, he was both pleasant and spoke beautifully, but I have something to compare with, last year I went on an excursion that I bought at a local agency, moreover, it was cheaper, but this time the excursion bought from the guide turned out to be worse . Last year was better, more comfortable, and tastier. The guide said that ANEX TOUR does everything for its tourists, that there will be a good yacht, good drinks, seafood. It was, to put it mildly, a scam. I will not buy tours from a guide again. In general, everything is fine in the hotel, the only negative is that the room let us down. The hotel had better rooms, but we were probably unlucky with that. Because of the room, I will rate the hotel 6 out of 10, and everything else - 9+.
