I want to share my impressions of staying at the hotel.
I'll start from the beginning. Rested with my son and sister from 15 to 21 April. We were brought to the hotel in the morning and immediately offered to go for breakfast. The restaurant immediately evoked positive emotions from the smiles of the staff and the variety of dishes: there are both for those who are at the checkpoint, and for those who decide to give free rein to gluttony)) surprised yogurts in jars (very tasty), a large selection of breakfast cereals, coffee machines make quite decent coffee for every taste (americano, latte, cappuccino, etc. ).
Also potatoes, scrambled eggs, fresh and grilled vegetables and much more. . .
And after breakfast, we went to find out about the settlement. Having read before leaving the "terrible" reviews about the duration of the check-in, having prepared $ 10 to speed up this process, we went to the reception.
What was our surprise when we were given the keys to our room without any bonuses addressed to them!
And instead of 14.00 (the time when the check-in officially takes place), we were already in our room at 10.00!
Room for 3.2 separate large beds and a small sofa in the corner. Here I note that with my height of 1.65 m, I slept chic on it! Regular size 1 bed. And I gave the big one to my son)) there was no discomfort, the mattress is good, as well as on large beds.
The boy cleaned our house every day! Twisted us daily from towels hearts, swans. He brought us snow-white terry robes at no extra charge.
Having completely forgotten that there are also mosquitoes in Egypt, they made a mistake and opened the balcony at night. In the morning we were completely bitten) but here again thanks to this nice guy who brought us a fumigator and we got rid of all the mosquitoes in the room and began to use the air conditioner.
At our request to give an iron, he immediately brought it and left it with us for the entire stay.
All the plumbing in the room was practically new, the shower room was separate, the bathroom as a whole is large, there is where to turn around))
Separately, I would like to say that wi-fi in the hotel was almost everywhere. The speed is awesome! In the room, they calmly watched u-tube and talked with relatives. And the room itself was closer to the sea (below), and not to the reception (above).
The sea was warm all week, both the smallest children and adult vacationers swam.
There is no beautiful reef. Maybe for someone it's a minus. But still, putting on a mask and diving, there is something to admire.
There are both shallow and deep beaches with entry from the pontoon. I read in the reviews before the trip that it was a very long time to walk along the pontoon into the sea. People! Either you are turtles, or your legs hurt, or you walked not quite sober))) a minute to walk along the pontoon - is that a long time ? ! Don't bend!
Pools. There are 3 of them: a warm children's small, large, where there are also games and a pool with slides.
Slides do not work all the time, turn on the time. Somewhere from 10.30 to 13.00. Well, in the afternoon we didn’t go riding them, so there is no more information about the opening hours. Believe me, even the morning time is enough to roll. Slides for all ages. And adult uncles also frolicked there, like children))
Near each pool and near the beaches there are bars. Alcohol familiar to Egypt)) Make non-alcoholic cocktails. Cola, sprite, juices - this is in abundance.
Separately, I will say about the water. It is given everywhere in bottles of 0.5 liters (hermetically sealed). The rooms also have the same water.
The animation was weak. My son at his almost 11 years old was bored. The guys devoted little time to the smallest ones and did not deal with children over 8 years old at all. The evening program is also close to the standard in Egypt: a fire show, guess the melody, the Miss Hotel contest... We didn’t see anything new for ourselves.
Plus in the evening during the performances was popcorn. Fresh, tasty, crispy.
Every day in several bars you could get ice cream. Quite decent. Enough for both children and adults.
The hotel provides 2 a la carte restaurants for the Slavs, which can be visited 1 time during the stay and in which you need to sign up 2 days before the visit. We went to 1 (near the sea). The food is almost the same as in the main restaurant. We went into the Indian one (located on the roof of the main building), there was a strong wind, we realized that we would not sit out even 30 minutes and left. Then other vacationers said that we had not lost anything. The food is still the same.
There are 2 more restaurants, but they are for Italians (of which the hotel has a very large number).
For lunches and dinners, an abundance of dishes and desserts were prepared for all tastes. The fish was very tasty! They even gave us crabs and lasagna with seafood.
The waiters cleaned dirty dishes from the tables with lightning speed! At the same time, they never showed rudeness, they always tried to joke.
At lunch at the sea in one restaurant they also cooked food. And who did not have the desire to go to the main restaurant, he could have a bite to eat at sea (fries, pizza, fruit, hamburgers. . . )
About fruits. Oranges, tangerines, dates, guava, strawberries, peaches, melon, watermelon, pomegranate seeds, fruit salads.
And there was enough for everyone.
Delicious pastries, jelly, desserts. . .
And maybe we were just lucky that everything worked out with the room and with the service, but leaving Sharm this year, there was a desire to come to this hotel next year too.
I recommend the hotel to families with children, especially small ones. By the way, young people should also like it, because the hotel has a disco and there is something to do until 2.00 am.
