While the memories are fresh, I will try to write a very detailed review. So much expanded that it will concern the hotel, tour operator (Anex Tour), and Egypt as a whole - relying on the services of this hotel / operator.

We took a ticket to this hotel from 06.10 - 13.10. 2019 for 2 adults + 2 children (7 and 3 years old). The choice fell on the hotel due to the assessment and the number of profiles on this particular resource, so I will immediately express my opinion on this.

I will not write on the process of arrival and departure, but on individual points.

I'll start with the advantages of the hotel, there are actually quite a few of them:

We got the room just after renovation. Just on fire. Everything is zero, a shower cabin with a shower in the ceiling (now only this will be in my apartment), working, normal air conditioning, TV set, solid beds. Super in general;

- WiFi. Free for 5 devices throughout the territory. Not much! ;

- Coral reef from pantone.

If last year I was brought on an excursion diving program to a similar place, this would probably become my hobby, and not "never again". Just great for snorkeling!! ! ;

- children's water park;

- Adequate staff (from reception to cleaning, which was not only 1 day out of 7).

Cons of the hotel:

- the most important and most unpleasant is food. I am an absolutely unpretentious person in matters of food. I can easily cover pancakes with nutella and top with ketchup omelet - I don't care, I'm not a gourmet. But what they serve here - even I could not eat it. And that was before my wife and I were chained to the toilet. The meat is all overcooked, the chicken is dried so much that it was possible to hammer nails with it or be sure to drink something, otherwise it simply wouldn’t climb into the throat. Pasta sauces are sour. Potatoes are either completely undercooked or dried to dust.
The drinks are so natural that the children's plastic drinking cup turned orange irrevocably from the second portion of the juice. I can write a huge bunch of examples, but I'll stop there.

- you will not see napkins on your table and do not even dream of it. Toilet paper to help you;

- severe lack of sun loungers on the seashore;

- Pantone - recumbent rollercoaster. There is a huge chance to pinch your toes in the cracks on the wave, and sitting on it is generally dangerous for health (in my own experience);

- "children's entry into the sea. " Well, except for children under 5 years old and then under supervision. For a 7 year old child, it is fiercely boring, and from Pantone at your own peril and risk. The entrance is a solid stone slab covered with moss, on which even an adult wearing corral shoes can easily wind up;

- water park - for an adult despondency. And since I am a big child, I was disappointed;

- the whole hotel is a pile of some kind of nedodomiki or fences. Yes, it's petty.
But I would like to go out onto the veranda and see a beautiful open area with greenery, paths, fountains, pools and the sea. Here they set up some kind of Tetris. Yes, a trifle, but I have postponed.


And I want to separately describe part of the review on the hotel / tour operator and service:

As a plus, I’ll take only one thing - adequate professional guides on the transfer and at the hotel (there are already 3 of them). Helped to resolve any issue, were very loyal and friendly. In matters of purchasing excursions, I would say that they are even assertive, but what to do, this is the only way with our brother.

WARNING: Something that kept my trip from getting started. This hotel is "basic". What is "basic"? This means that the bulk of the Anex Tour staff, transfers and guides are based in this hotel. What does this mean? The fact that any transfer will begin and end at this hotel, whether it be a Hotel-Airport or an excursion.
From the airport, you will be the last ones on the bus and will travel over 2 hours. On the tour you will collect people from all hotels, and on the way back you will go dead in the trash and take everyone home. That's just because of this, I strongly DO NOT recommend this hotel if you plan to get out of it into the light.

Excursions: at the "briefing" you will be told that everything will be on fire, a lot of impressions for any whim. We took an excursion to the "safari" (cars, camels, canyons, diving / snorkeling, kayaks). The guide at the hotel said the following "since you are with children, you will have 2 buggies instead of a quadric, since there are separate seats. " At the same place, again with a guide from Anex Tour, I was hovered by a quadric and I don’t care that the child is 3 years old. "What the hotel told you, it does not concern me, here it is like this! " After much complaining and angry looks, we got 1 buggy for 2 seats for 4 people.
No seat belts for you, the children almost flew out of the cab in the arms of a parent, and the reliability of the unit is also in great doubt. And so in everything, any excursion (last year we took others), all with huge questions about the quality for unjustified money. Be careful with this! This is probably the whole of Egypt.


Contacting the insurance: unfortunately, the children were covered with a temperature of 39+ and had to contact the insurance. Anex Tour will then ask you in the questionnaire if there was a request and give feedback. So I think that this point also needs to be reviewed here. After long stories about my problem on the phone at the reception (no number from the number), they promised me a car in 1 hour (! ). And this is not an ambulance for you, this is a "taxi" that will take you to the clinic. As a result, she arrived after 2 hours Carl!!!
And of course we didn’t go to the clinic, we went to another hotel to pick up people with other damn problems (as a result, 5 adults and 2 children in one car with all kinds of sores). We could not leave the hospital for more than an hour, and this was with sick children in our arms.

Phew, tired of typing. In short, 5 * "Egyptian" is 3 * for a person with adequate needs. And mind you, I kept silent about cockroaches and dirty tables with dishes, this is garbage, I didn’t go there to look for cons.
