I always approach the choice of a hotel painstakingly, rereading reviews on all travel forums and listening to the advice of my travel agent. After some hesitation, we chose Sunrise Diamond for a windless bay, partially renovated rooms and, in general, good reviews.

Upon arrival at the hotel (about 8 am), we were placed in a bar near the reception, handed out questionnaires, filling out which, we were immediately put on bracelets and sent to breakfast. After breakfast (about 9 am) we were given the keys to the room, cards for beach towels and a hotel card with information.

Room. We booked a deluxe. Additionally, we asked our travel agent to ask the hotel to check us in (if possible) in a quiet building, not on the ground floor. The hotel management complied with the request! They gave me a great room, on the second floor, with a beautiful view and, importantly, away from the noisy pool and animation sites.

Cleaning. There are big questions about cleaning (room 2072) - the cleaner only made beds and changed towels. And he avoided the mirrors, the surfaces of tables and cabinets, splashed with something from previous residents, and even the shower room.

Beaches. There are several of them on the territory of the hotel: the main one is near the pier, where there is nowhere for an apple to fall, a little higher on the left is a more pleasant beach, but since construction is going on nearby, it is very noisy and building dust, to the right of the main one there is a good beach, but the grate enclosing it does not I inspired to spend time there, there is a good beach behind the construction site, but mostly Italians rest there, and at the very end there is a very quiet and cozy bay for 8 sunbeds, which we chose.
If you value comfort and silence, you are here, but far from the pier and from the beach restaurant, but there will be no mentally retarded people with mobile speakers, from which music of a dubious repertoire is yelling, as well as tourists smoking and cracking sunflower seeds. The beaches are clean. The beds are new and comfortable. Fish swim near the shore, you can walk in aquashoes and admire. The reef is beautiful with lots of fish. A request to the hotel management - pay attention to the lack of light relaxing music on the beach, perhaps its appearance will deter fans from wearing speakers to the beach and imposing their musical taste on vacationers.

Nutrition. We only went to the Italian restaurant Basilic. The choice of dishes is not as extensive as in the main restaurant, but for us the atmosphere, service and quality are more important. This is a cozy bright restaurant with a beautiful terrace. It was delicious and varied.
Service for 5.

The guys were always interested in what to bring us from drinks, they immediately removed empty plates from the table, joked, smiled. The manager tried to pay attention to each family and ask if everything was in order. BUT in the family, as they say, not without a black sheep, a big residue was left from a young Italian who was entrusted (in vain) to mix pasta with sauces and serve to restaurant visitors. He completely ignored the Russians, serving only the Italians. Even the children were left unattended! ! After several remarks, she could not restrain herself and made a scandal - my child stood for 20 minutes, waiting for attention to be paid to him, and it would have continued like this if I had not intervened !! ! And when I first politely asked him, he did not even look at me!! ! Only when I raised my voice, he answered something boorishly and continued to serve the Italians. It was only the intervention of the manager and the chef, who had fled because of the noise, that brought him to his senses.
I don't want this situation to go unnoticed by management. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THIS. This is blatant rudeness. And by the way, everyone apologized, except for this boor!!!

Eviction. At 12 they vacated the room and left the suitcases near the door. They stayed at the hotel until the evening, the bracelets were not removed. Before leaving, we were given a room to take a shower.

In general, the holiday went well. I liked the hotel, I canceled the ball because of the boor at the distribution of pasta.
