We arrived in the morning, immediately put on bracelets and sent for breakfast. Wi-fi is excellent throughout the hotel.
Check-in to the room at 12 o’clock, we didn’t wait at the reception desk, we immediately went for a swim (they didn’t give cards for towels until we checked in, it’s not scary the sunbeds are very soft)))
Settled in a good room, on the ground floor access to the main pool.
The reef is gorgeous, the beach is small, divided into 3 parts, there were enough sunbeds (although the hotel was full on the foot). The pontoon is plastic, there was always a lifeguard.
The hotel has 2 buffet restaurants and 3 a la carte restaurants. The food is varied, everyone can choose to their liking. Lunch and dinner are always several types of fish and meat, I was impressed by the presence of cooks preparing food, which is said with ardor, heat. The chefs are trying. I just wanted to separately mark the fire of a guy preparing puff pies and scrambled eggs.

Animation. The guys are great, they did not let me get bored, in the morning they charged me with their positive. They always came up and asked how we were doing, invited to events. Special thanks to Abdo, a Russian-speaking guy, who constantly called our children and told the program for the day. The staff is just 5+ smiling and wondering how things are going and if everything is in order with us, which is important, they know Russian, English and Italian, which is a big +. And a little about the bars, the bartenders always serve cocktails and decorate them, they smile, I would like to mention the bar in the hotel's loggia, the bartenders are super.
I will say in one word about this hotel SOULLY. I will gladly return there. Thanks for a great stay to all the staff, Well done! ! Super everything!!! !
