Check-in was quick, we lived in family-type rooms. Recently renovated, rooms are comfortable and clean. Cleaning is good, every day with the change of towels.
The food is monotonous, the meat is mostly chicken, seafood is only tasteless or overcooked dry fish on the grill. Snacks on the beach are normal. Local drinks, respectively, strong alcohol - very poor quality. Russian-speaking animators didn’t work with children at all: they gathered children on the beach, took them to the pool, took pictures and that was the end of their work, they didn’t hold any games and competitions with children, for the first time I see such a complete lack of animation for children.
We chose this hotel because of the presence of slides in the pool, but the advertisement indicated that it was heated, but in fact it was not, the water in it was 17 degrees, so the children did not swim in it. The beaches are small, and people are brought to them from another hotel, so they are crowded. Alcohol for the New Year's gala dinner is given only locally, and for bringing their normal one they demand $ 5 for any bottle, and they don’t give a check, for the first time such lawlessness, the dinner itself, as always at 21 o’clock, they already begin to remove snacks, in short, nonsense.
