We went as a family with Anex Tour. When we flew there, there was a huge plane and very cramped, there was simply nowhere to put our legs.
We were met at the airport, taken to the hotel (last of all, we got an hour somewhere), we were with children, so they gave us two junior suites, renovated rooms, everything is very cool. Made it to a late dinner.
Very friendly staff, and a dollar tip works wonders in general : ) those who are indignant that no one wants to do anything without a tip, probably do not know that they have a salary of ~$60 per month and their earnings are tips.
Wi-fi caught throughout the hotel, even near the sea, sometimes there were interruptions, but in general, the Internet is not very bad.

Everywhere is very clean, the sea and the beach are excellent, the pontoon is frail, but it was repaired with us. Sometimes there were not enough sunbeds, due to the fact that our people occupied the floor of the beach with towels and pulled themselves up for dinner. But everything was quickly found for a tip.
Very beautiful reef, fish even swam near the shore.
On the territory of the hotel there are shops where you can buy masks, souvenirs, all sorts of goodies.
In general, it is not logical that there is ice water in the water park, even we, adults, hardly swam there, not to mention the children. The rest of the pools were heated. It got dark around 5 pm, and at 5 the sea closes, and even the heated pools, and there was not much entertainment.
In the evening there was a program with animators, not bad for children, boring for adults.
There is a gym, but with a view of the staff : )
The most interesting thing is the food, of course I didn’t expect anything super cool, but it’s kapets. I can't speak my mind to say that the food was delicious. She was none, you can eat, but you are unlikely to get any pleasure. Breakfast is the same every day, for lunch and dinner the situation is better. There is a lot of food, but it would be better to work on quality than quantity. Of the fruits were: apples, tangerines, grapes, bananas, pomegranates, dates... they said that they had a mango season, but there was never a mango.
It is convenient that on the beach from 12 to 5 there is a point with food, they made delicious pizza, burgers, french fries and fruits.
In an Italian restaurant, everything is the same as in an international one. At the top, the same thing, only less people.
I heard a lot of indignation about food.
Representatives of the anex tour are real louts, if you don’t take excursions, they won’t even talk to you normally and won’t explain anything. We bought two excursions, our attitude immediately changed. My advice is not to take an excursion to the dolphinarium... pay for 15 minutes, with a dolphin at best, you will be for a minute. They treat dolphins badly, only pity causes all this. You can’t take pictures, then hand-assed photographers will sell a photo for $ 5. The city tour is super, I got a good guide.

I don’t know about what special attitude towards Italians, they really weren’t there, only Ukrainians : )
We flew back in a more comfortable plane and an hour and a half longer.
