Arrived on a morning flight, at 9.30 was at the hotel. We sat down at the bar to fill out questionnaires. Then they went to breakfast.
After breakfast, there was a hitch at the reception desk, they were in no hurry to settle in the rooms, they whispered something and then it started. They said there are no rooms available, but there are only deluxe rooms, for which you have to pay an extra $ 10. But due to the fact that the hotel is under construction, they will give us a room at no extra charge, if we do not want, then sit and wait until 14, or maybe more. After a sleepless night, I had to agree, and plus they gave me a receipt to sign that we had no claims and did not claim compensation.
The room is not bad, recently renovated, the furniture is good. Cleaning daily, toiletries replenished.

But from 9 o'clock to 17 o'clock there is a construction site outside the window and they are pounding with a jackhammer all the time. You lie on the beach, and 20 meters away tractors and trucks are working.
The food in the dining room is varied and good. The food is one of the best in Sharm. But there are such drawbacks: when you take glasses or glasses with drinks, they are often dirty and even with traces of lipstick, and the strong smell is not of wine in a glass, but of bleach in which it was rinsed - horror.
I don’t recommend having breakfast on the terrace at all, they probably put the appliances in the evening, until the morning all the tables and appliances are dusty.
Well, the main thing that worries the whole world now is the coronavirus. There are 30 percent Italians in the hotel, 70 percent Ukrainians, they come and go. Lots of holidays with children.
I advise you not to go to the hotel until the end of construction, otherwise you will listen to a jackhammer all day and write a receipt that there are no complaints.
I still have two days left to listen to him and eat from chlorinated dishes.
