We rested as a couple for 10 days in January 2021, continuing to work remotely.
Territory - excellent
A large area, where to walk, 5 small beaches, there are extremely remote, secluded, there are 16+, almost everyone has a bar, showers, latrines, changing rooms.
There are also many heated pools: children's, noisy party, 16+.
Entry into the sea for children - from the beach and into the depths - from the pontoon. Coral, fish - for inexperienced snorkelers.
If you have already seen beautiful reefs, you will not see anything new for yourself. But we also heard the opinion of a person who swam in a mask for the first time: “wow, how beautiful, why didn’t you tell me before that such beauty happens, but now I won’t climb out of the water” : )
Internet - excellent
Excellent signal throughout the territory, the speed is small, but stable (2-3Mb / s).
For audio calls, watching YouTube, social networks have always been enough.
They took a local SIM card as a backup option for work - it was not needed.

Food - good/excellent
The main restaurant is more or less standard for the Egyptian five, without any frills, but you will not be hungry. For a meat-eater, you can say excellent, there is always a choice of chicken / beef / lamb, for vegetarians it is more modest, there are consistently grilled vegetables, squids, small crabs or shrimp in addition to them, to be honest, I didn’t like white fish (the taste is smelly, sometimes raw came across ), once there was a red fish.
And a standard set of fresh vegetables, herbs, oriental sweets; from fruits guava, dates, bananas, oranges, tangerines, melon.
Breakfast is also normal, eggs for every taste, fresh pancakes, waffles, croissants.
There are also 3 a la carte restaurants included in the price an unlimited number of times: Italian, Egyptian, Indian.
I liked the Italian, we were there several times, the food is about the same as in the main, but it seems tastier in a beautiful presentation : )
The afternoon snack on the beach is also good, the minimum set, we always had enough: burgers, potatoes, vegetables, fruits, ice cream. And separately pizza - a classic margarita was eaten every day and was always very tasty, pizzaiolo Belal - just super, at the end of the holiday they gave him a prepared box of evening Kyiv as the best employee of the hotel in our humble opinion.
Check-in - terrible/satisfactory
Upon arrival, they wanted to put us in a shabby room with an old renovation, but with a good view, we did not agree and continued to demand a renovated room as in the photo on the site. We were told that the photos on the site are advertising and do not correspond to what is actually there. This is of course complete nonsense, and not the position of the hotel. We complained to everyone, to the tour operator in Kiev, to the hotel guide, to the Koral hotline in Egypt.

As a result, the first night we settled in a bad room, with a promise that we would be moved the next day. Allegedly, there are no rooms (the updated fund is 70% - and everyone is occupied, but after further communication with the animators, we found out that the hotel is ~ 25% full).
Thus, we lost the first day of rest at the reception, which spoiled the initial impression. The next day we were offered to move to another room, the design was the same as in the photo, but the condition of the repair itself was unpleasant (shabby, worn out, I don’t know how it is possible to make repairs so badly). They continued to quarrel, demand to provide a normal room or change the hotel. As a result, after 14 we were still offered a normal number, apparently helped by the pressure of the Koral hotline on the general manager.
We were not the only guests with such claims, so if you choose this hotel, be prepared for spoiled nerves while they try to put you in an old room.
Staff - excellent
Most are friendly, courteous, always ready to help.
We had an incident at sea, the girl was terribly frightened by several covering waves, she swallowed water - she called a lifeguard for help - he worked quickly and accurately, for which he is very grateful.
Animation - no rating / amateur
We are not fans of hotel animation, it did not bother us : )

water aerobics is frankly weak, nothing to do with aerobics, more fun squelching.
