We chose a hotel for a long-awaited vacation for a very long time (I think like each of us). We read a lot of reviews and, unfortunately, decided to stay on this one. Departure at 01:00, did not sleep all night, promised to settle at 11:00 - freezing, 12:00 - wait another hour. By 14 we were seated. What we saw does not correspond to the title of a 5-star hotel at all: mold and fungus in the shower, all the tiles are chipped all over the room, the cabinets are so dirty that it’s scary to put things down, the duvet cover is in some incomprehensible white mass.
When contacting the reception, they changed the room with a sea view (which we already bought from us) and promised to resolve the issue in a couple of days. By that time, 2 days of rest will already have passed, which we, like everyone else, had been planning for a long time, with a black fungus in the soul, in the so-called 5-star hotel. Realizing that at the moment we will not be presented with other options, and we, who have not slept for a day, want to at least lie down, we had to agree.
Terrible hotel, they will put you in an old broken room, under the guise of $ 2000 for it. The entire hotel stinks of paint. The attitude of the local staff is as if we did not come to the hotel, but to their home and demand something.
