1. There are not enough renovated rooms for everyone, so they settle in old rooms of the 90s. If you don’t make a scandal and talk to 4 managers, you won’t achieve anything. Every day the general manager makes a list of people moving from old rooms to new ones, we were on the list of 6. . . with a baby and two children.
2. Service. Yes, quarantine, and yes - the waiters impose. But if I hadn’t seen another service during quarantine, maybe I wouldn’t have compared. And so - these cooks are often not on site, we wait a long time, everyone is dissatisfied and unfriendly. Especially hello to the uncle, who makes eggs in the morning : )) his frying pans from his psychos just fly out of his hands and he doesn’t hesitate to throw an omelette into your plate with a heavy look, ahah))) and yes, you could make a separate box in the morning with ready-made eggs, at least scramble... because in the morning there is a line of 10 people for a simple scrambled egg.

3. The children's beach is just tiny.
4. There are no ramps for wheelchairs either... but they would be by the way, there are a lot of children, including those with strollers... you have to carry them on your hands through the steps.
Unfortunately, I will not come there again, despite the new announced renovation of 2020. . . (
