Rested with family. This was the fourth time staying at the Sunrise hotel chain. The third time at Sunrise Select Diamond Beach Resort. Check-in was in the morning, met, filled out a questionnaire and went to breakfast. We settled in very quickly. This time we went purposefully to this hotel, since in the past 2020 the hotel was reconstructed. We decided to see what has changed over the year and have never regretted it. The same good-natured team, we were greeted joyfully, many have been working at the hotel for more than a year, and we were very pleased that some even recognized us, although almost a year had passed.
Settled in room 14114 with a terrace and access to the central pool. A little about the updated pool, it has become an "infinity" category, which makes it possible to take very beautiful photos, one minus, there is less shade near it, the tile heats up a lot. While you jump, the smell of fried heels (but it can be at our discretion). We saw that the hotel continues to be equipped for vacationers and it pleases. Someone writes that something is missing on the beach, but we did not notice it. The bartender only came and immediately delivered water, although his working day had not yet begun.
The beach has become more well-groomed, and a large number of huge umbrellas makes the stay super. A 16+ beach has been added, which is also a concern for guests who want to relax on vacation. The sea amazes with its fish, despite the low tides (this year they were caught, but they left as scheduled and returned the same way). I was also pleased with the stationary pontoon. But there are some wishes. One ladder into the water and that's a problem. There are "non-waterfowl" who settle on the steps and therefore do not enter, do not exit. At low tide, the bottom rung of the stairs is very high. Getting out without hitting is very problematic. We saw a very good example of a pontoon bathing device at the Sunrise Grand Select Arabian Beach Resort. Three stairs at different entrance angles. The rope is new and well tensioned. It is very convenient for “non-waterfowl” and everyone else to hold on and move along the rope without creating a crowd at the stairs. One chain hotel. There is a good example, but there is a problem (not critical) and this is not a full load of the hotel. The diving center is excellent, worth every cent. We visited all the restaurants (a la carte). Everything is super, well done guys, delicious and very large portions (but maybe this is just our opinion). Bars on the territory work perfectly, cocktails and soft drinks were prepared quickly and with soul. Opening a new bar "Latitude" on a huge balcony with a dazzling view of the sea and the territory, a light evening program brings peace to relaxation.

The room was cleaned every day, everything is fine, we did not find any complaints about this (we lived in room 14114). Internet is available throughout the hotel and on the beach.
The main restaurant impressed me with its homely warmth and comfort, all this thanks to the well-coordinated team and the excellent work of the managing manager. The food is edible, you can always add salt and pepper if something is missing. The variety of meat and fish dishes pleases. There was also a large amount of seasonal fruits and vegetables (watermelons, melons, physalis and dates were eaten every day). "Italian" restaurant is a special theme, just gorgeous! A team of like-minded people works there, everything is harmonious, beautiful and tasty serving of dishes, friendly communication with guests. In general, each a la carte restaurant has its own twist. "Egyptian" - a lot of different meat on a mini grill for every table. "Mongolian" is a fire show for every visitor. "Indian" - classics, aromas and appeasement.
Wish for the hotelier! (no complaints, everything is fine)
Beach - consider upgrading the pontoon (on the right, a second staircase or a small slide is already asking. ) Add one or two steps. Good (at least new), tightrope. Revision of sun loungers (bolts are untwisted or they are not at all). Swing for a photo - the place was not chosen very well. It would be better on the slope, near the volleyball court. Or one more.
The room, and not only - electrical outlets (out of 4 visible in the room, only two worked adequately). Everyone has gadgets, but there really is nowhere to recharge (lobby, main restaurant, etc. ) The area near the main pool - there was more shade. Now it's beautiful, but hot.
Territory - there was a mini waterfall-fountain, for a photo, but no longer, sorry. And the most important thing! From the lobby to the exit of the hotel, it is necessary (bold -) to do something with the smell (stink) of the septic tank.
I would like to wish the hotel loyal visitors and prosperity, striving for excellence in small things. Comfort is measured in small things. We look forward to visiting your wonderful hotel again.
