We are already the 3rd time in Egypt in Sharm Sierra and Sunrise Garden, we also rested in Turkey in Marco Polo. I do not understand people who write negative reviews about this hotel! We personally enjoyed our stay very much. A ticket was bought from "Anex Tour" for 12 days, AI for 1450 USD. Arrival at 11 am, back at 18-30. There are no complaints about the "annex tour". From the airport, a whole bus drove to this hotel, it took 25 minutes to go.
Settled at no extra charge in room 1102 near the small pool, view through the roof of the sea and the main pool. We never sat on that balcony. The room has two beds - immediately moved and no problem! The rooms are new, clean, the bed is comfortable, the safe, the hair dryer, the refrigerator, the air conditioner was practically not turned off, it did not interfere with sleep, 2 Russian channels. They cleaned well (they left a dollar but not always) they twisted all kinds of figures from towels))) The water is hot, the pressure is good. We met the family, they lived near the main pool - they have a problem with water pressure and the water is barely warm.

The sea is great. The reef is beautiful, lots of fish. We saw large turtles, a stingray, a moray eel, a lot of horse mackerel, etc... True, an announcement hangs: you swim at your own responsibility, the hotel is not responsible for your life! The beach is large, multi-level, there are always places. Many sat all day near the pool, I don’t understand this either, flying to Africa to breathe bleach?? ? WE PERSONALLY GO TO THE SEA TO RELAX! We swam in the pool mostly only in the evening.
The hotel has a lot of Italians, Ukrainians, Russians. I personally did not feel any "discrimination" on myself! The staff is polite, no one is rude, everyone is smiling! They showed the card once and no one demanded it later, besides, we got acquainted with Muscovites, they gave us their ultra cards and we used them!! ! I don’t advise taking the ultra, the difference is only in imported drinks, there seem to be seven of them + you can have dinner at a restaurant on the beach every day. But the grill is not very good for us. We drank Jack Daniels and Bacardi, Smirnoff vodka. The bar on the beach poured beer from bottles and juices from packages, for free! Eat ice cream as much as you want, periodically from 12 noon. until the evening.
The food is pretty decent, I don't know what people lack. Fruits oranges, bananas, apples, peaches, apricots, melons, watermelons, dates, figs. Yes, perhaps not the most selective, but the ticket is not for 3 + thousand USD. Meat, fish, chicken varied, of course, not all to your taste (for example, the octopus did not like). But salmon, grilled seafood, fish in batter, squid skewers are very good! Soups all the time. Tea, coffee, cappuccino throughout the day. In the morning, omelettes, eggs, yogurt, pastries, fruit. . .
Yes, the animation is weak, there is no disco! But we knew this when we chose the hotel. I went to exercise at 10-30, Inna-Russian conducts, she also entertains children. My husband played volleyball, table tennis (we took rackets with us), American billiards. Went to the evening shows, it was fun. Went to the old town for souvenirs. During our stay, we met Cherkassy, ​ ​ Muscovites, Kievans, everyone was happy! We were invited to the disco in the city at 23-30, but we didn't want to. We are 35 and 42 years old, we enjoyed each other, rest from work and all worries and had a very pleasant vacation!! ! I will recommend this hotel to my friends!
