I visited with my husband in December. The weather was warm, the sea was wonderful, the fish swam right to the shore. This is the only good thing to say about this hotel.
The room was cleaned every day, but badly despite the left 2 dollars. The broken plumbing was asked to be fixed for four days, as a result, with a scandal, they changed the room. Russian virgins at the reception smiled sweetly, but there was no sense from them. Food in the dining room (you can’t call this place a restaurant) is tolerable, but monotonous. It was no different in the main and in Italian. The tables are dirty and served only for Italians. (By the way, we are from Norway and my husband immediately noticed the difference in the way the staff treat Russian-speaking tourists and Italians). Towels for the beach can only be taken once a day and had to be dragged with him to the dining room in order to use them again on the beach. The pontoon is one small, on which people who want to look at the fish crowd. Do not enter the sea from the shore. Insects on the territory are poisoned every evening with some kind of terribly smelly smoke and we had to close the balcony door in the evening. This is not a 5 star hotel. The day before departure, the hotel administration gathered selectively some tourists, 20 people (probably those who were not satisfied with the rest) introduced the staff, explained who to contact in case of problems and distributed VIP client cards, asking them to write a good review about the hotel and in this case they promised to next arrival deluxe class room. I think many of those who wrote a positive review here are the owners of such cards. We are in Egypt for the third time and the previous hotels were much better.
