We arrived at the hotel around 08:00. The bracelets were put on at 10.30 (after breakfast). Settled at 13.00. All this time we were sitting in a bar on ricepshin.
Rooms: we had a nice room with a sea view and air conditioning)) The room is clean, everything is in order. There is a TV, air conditioning, a safe, an electric kettle with related accessories, a refrigerator. The downside of the bathroom is the lack of a curtain, which is why the water from the shower pours onto the floor all over the bath.
Service: room cleaning is normal, the bed has never been changed in 7 days. Towels are only changed if you leave them on the floor. The service in the restaurant is bad - they are not in a hurry to clean the tables, to cover with clean appliances too. I often had to look for a guy with forks and spoons.
English and Italian speaking staff. Russian is spoken and understood poorly.
Cleanliness: the territory is clean, well-groomed.

Food: monotonous. Every day is the same. Once at breakfast there was raw couscous. You won't find tomatoes with fire during the day.
A big plus is that none of us had four stomach problems.
Infrastructure: there are shops on the territory, a little expensive, though. On the lower floor of the main building (where the representatives of the operators sit) there is an ATM where you can exchange dollars for pounds at a rate of 1:6.
If you leave the hotel on the left, walk to the flowerbed and turn right, you will find yourself in the entertainment quarter EL MERCA. There you can take a walk, sit in a cafe, there are shops of European brands.
On the other side of EL MERCA there is a souvenir market. There is also a METRO supermarket, where prices for everything are much lower than hotel prices. Calculation there only in pounds.

The beach is located on different levels. After 09.00 there are almost no free sun loungers. Very beautiful coral reef, a lot of all living creatures.
The hotel is 70% Italians, the Russian-speaking population is 10 percent.
