We were not going on excursions - where we wanted to - we have already been there. Pick up and drop off at the hotel. The first time I went from "ANEX". Many scold, but I can’t say any complaints about this operator - everything is clear.
The hotel guide SAID - neither we him nor he created any problems for us, excursions were not imposed. On occasion, give him greetings from Minsk. We asked for a quiet room closer to the sea on the 2nd floor and got one no. 2223.
The room was decent, everything worked and the only thing that was not quite right was the water from the sink was not draining well, but 1 call to the "RECEPTION" and after 20 minutes everything began to work. The cleaning of the room was excellent, the cleaner AZID

No more problems arose, and there was no more need to resort to the help of SAID or the hotel management.
As already mentioned in other reviews, I was surprised by the absence of any curtain between the shower and
other amenities.
The staff is very welcoming and friendly, many understand and speak Russian, and if you know at least a few. English words, no problem at all. Again, a big plus

Nutrition. It is quite decent and you can always find something to your liking, especially for dinner, which takes place in the main or Italian restaurants. By appointment, you can have dinner in the "Egyptian" restaurant, which they did once, but from the national cuisine there were only pies with some greens (I liked it) and I was pleasantly pleased with the individual roaster with two pieces of chicken, beef and beef. liver. As I later found out, it was all under "Europe" - without hot spices and spices, but it's a pity, I wanted a national flavor. For the first time only in this hotel I saw such preparation for dinner in the form of tables decorated with all sorts of things in front of the main entrance to the restaurant and how much work it costs. Conditionally for myself, I called it "IKEBANA". Sometimes it is a shame for those who, neglecting the requests of the administration, come to dinner in shorts and slippers. Dinner for the EAST is HOLY.
Territory. Large green very well-groomed area, terraced down to the sea.

Beach. The beach itself, as it were, consists of separate "patch" and there are always enough places, but if you want to take a place on the "patch" next to the pontoon or beach bar, then this must be done in the morning. You can go into the sea knee-deep from the shore, then you can hurt your legs and you will be “booed” by beach-fights. Main entrance from the pontoon. The sea is clean, there are not very many living creatures, compared to the Melia Sinai beach, but it is quite enough to swim among the fish and look at the corals. You can buy a sealed box for the camera and arrange a “hunt” for living creatures, and this is better than buying a “one-time” underwater vehicle. Boxing can be bought for 15-20 dollars. BOXING TO TAKE SILICONE!
We didn’t visit the pools, and there are only 3 + 2 for children, or rather, we visited the “relax” pool after dinner because of the silence and still drink STELLA bottled beer, but we still went for a swim on the pontoon.
Animation - we do not know, did not take part, as well as in the evening entertainment. Dawn always met on the veranda of the main restaurant - BEAUTIFUL!!!
Not far from the hotel is the entertainment center "1001 nights", a market and a METRO store, where you can always buy something at reasonable fixed prices. Mango 1kg costs about 16 pounds and you yourself can choose which ones you like and no one will throw you on the scales without any choice and say that we do not choose all the standard - pay.
Summing up the above, I can put a SOLID 5 - everything corresponds and I want to return to this hotel again.
