First time flying to Egypt and first time to a 5 star hotel. We stopped at this hotel after reading good reviews and a high popularity rating of the hotel. Everything is really at a high level. The area is gorgeous and beautiful. The beaches are spacious, there is a place for everyone. The service was pleasantly surprised, you do not need to think about anything. We were told that the hotel was undergoing major renovations. Indeed, the rooms are comfortable and good. Most of all I liked the food. Eat your fill and whatever you want. Everything is tasty and high quality and beautifully presented. Drinks and cocktails on the beaches are free, though not all. Regarding the shortcomings - loud music near the main pool, but this is not for everyone. The free bus to the city goes to suncepek, and not in the evening, when it would be more comfortable. Takopchki are not provided if you come to this hotel for the first time. Insects sometimes get into the room, but this does not depend on the hotel in the main.
