УЖАСНЫЙ ОТЕЛЬ!!! HORRIBLE HOTEL!!!

I never write reviews but this trip made me want to! You wouldn't wish such a vacation even on your enemy! The trip was just awful! It all started at the airport. . . 1. The charter was delayed for 5 hours. Transferred to another airport, and reported at the airport before check-in....2. The meeting of the TUI operator in Egypt is terrible!! ! We were explained. What are you here no one!! ! If you want to rest - rest in silence!!! 3. There were no bathrobes, slippers in the room, although they took the Deluxe room... After they complained, they brought us the next day, but after that they never changed, did not wash... 4. Cream, lotion, shower gel were not reported... that is, wash all 10 days with one jar... 5. Room cleaning often began when we came to rest (from the sea, with bass) at about 15-16.00. It was especially nice when you fall asleep, he starts knocking or entering the room without paying attention to the sign (do not disturb) or your screams. He just starts telling you that his work day is coming to an end. The cleaning itself is terrible, there is dust on the cabinets after cleaning. And also cleaners extort money!!! 6. Arrived, checked in very late, did not have time to get dinner…. After 1.5 hours, when we had already gone to bed, they brought food... - filthy sausage, bread and fruit... it looked just awful... 7. In the morning we went to breakfast, and very early because of the time difference, but the breakfast was very sad... : several types of eggs, various types of cabbage from vegetables, hot peppers, sausages that are not possible to eat, various muesli, which are scary to approach. From fruits, melon, dried apricots, an orange and an apple, as well as pastries that are not possible to eat... And it was like that every day... True, after a complaint, tomatoes and cucumbers were added to the diet, which often ran out... In the evening, you could eat a little... Their meat is just it’s impossible to eat... After such food, everyone started having problems with the stomach, intestines, both in children and adults... We were promised a bunch of restaurants on site, we found 2 restaurants along the dining room... but the food is disgusting there too !! ! They tried to order food to the room more than once (for a fee), but they carried it for 1.5 hours at least, and after the order was made, they can call in an hour and say that it is not available. They wanted to order fruit, but they weren’t there either... they told them what they could take in the dining room, then they thought and naturally brought it for a fee. When we left Cleopatra, we ate well!! ! The question is – what did you pay money for?! 8. It is not possible to drink alcohol on the territory of the hotel!! ! I had to pay separately, or buy in Duty Free... but it works 2 days after arrival... 9. The spa on the territory is a pure scam!! ! I can smear myself with cream, but paying money for it is not pleasant!! ! 10. On the territory of the hotel operates a gang (hotel), which offers excursions. We wanted to take a yacht for our company, go fishing… They turned down the price of $800, we almost even agreed, but we were embarrassed by the fact that we agreed on tomorrow, they moved it to the day after tomorrow, supposedly due to weather conditions, although the weather was gorgeous. . We decided to approach our operator TUI and TEZ just in case, but they unanimously said that this was a scam, because. fishing is prohibited EVERYWHERE!! ! To which they said that it was possible... we will sail far, showed photos as proof... And upon arrival at the fishing place, they begin to heal, that the current or something else, of course the price does not change... They are also very annoying... You lie down and rest , you sleep on a sun lounger, he will definitely wake you up and begin to cram his excursions. . . 11.
