1. The hotel was selected based on a high rating score, reviews from vacationers and a recommendation from a tour operator. The hotel manager is an Austrian, so the service is maximally sustained in European style. Despite the earlier arrival, the check-in took place 2 hours earlier than the time accepted at the hotel without additional payment and waiting.
2. The hotel is very clean, the staff is attentive, the territory is constantly kept clean and optimized as much as possible, very large and well-groomed. Every day different parties and concert programs.
3. The room is big and I really liked it. The safe is free and spacious. All windows of the hotel face the sea, so there is no need to ask for a change of room. There is no WiFi in the room, but it is possible to connect to a laptop with a cable for free. WiFi works in the lobby, restaurant, near the pools and on the beach (everywhere is free).

4. It is believed that food in Egypt is easier than in Turkey, but I did not notice this. Very satisfied. Provided maximum variety for every taste. For children, a huge selection of desserts and fruits. Alcohol is not for everyone, but the beer is excellent. Meals almost at any time - there are free restaurants, bars, playgrounds, so those who are relaxed are provided with extra pounds))
The classic "van dollar" left for cleaning will give you additional pleasure and emotions for room service - constantly clean towels, water bottles, cosmetic consumables, swans on the bed and just a perfectly cleaned room.
5. It’s hard to say what I didn’t like, rather that I had to end my vacation))
