Good day to all. I would like to write my opinion about the hotel Cleopatra. We went to rest on the sea, well, how can you not see the beauty of the Red Sea, BUT it’s not worth going to this hotel across the sea, it simply doesn’t exist. The beach is disgusting. You can swim only by the hour, if you don’t know how to swim, then there’s nothing to do at all. There are constant storms on the sea, and you can swim only in the afternoon. It's good that there were no problems with sunbeds, and that's a plus. Stones from the shore, shallow, then a strong current and a sharp depth. There is also a sharp cliff from the pier, as for me, so I only had to splash in shallow water, or go to other paid beaches, or just in the pool, but what kind of rest in the pool? ! Now about the hotel itself. We arrived in the morning, and waited a very long time for check-in, perhaps in this way they demanded money from us. For that, during this time they settled everyone who was from Arabs and Europeans, this moment is already very unpleasant ((. Our room was Superior with a view of the lawn and part of the pool. The room is good, clean, only the bathroom looked not very well maintained, the rest is not bad. The furniture is normal, but there are eternal problems with the card. Cleaning is good, not only in the room, but also in the restaurant. Clean, crockery too, enough appliances. But we didn't like the food. Not that at all, you can eat, but you didn’t feel much pleasure either. Many complained that there was almost nothing to feed the child, well, or difficult, especially for small ones. There is nowhere to go out of the hotel, we took excursions to have fun, except for animation. Moreover, the excursions are cool, I can note an excursion to Cairo with a walk along the Nile. Very cool and the tour is very extended in terms of what we saw. Another plus is that they paid when leaving for an excursion and the transport is very comfortable. And the lunch is great. Yes, and not at all expensive. Plus, the hotel takes an advance payment, but he does not. But the animators at the hotel are great, really funny guys. They never let you get bored, entertainment for every taste, in the pool, just competitions. In the evenings there are always interesting show programs, beautiful dances, always colorful and interesting. The staff is mostly pleasant, except for the bartenders, they were different from all. Not only did you have to wait a very long time for the ordered drink, but sometimes they were really rude and basically did not serve. In the restaurant, the waiters, at the reception, and even the cleaners never allowed themselves this, just a caste of bartenders, no less. But the manager constantly asks and finds out how he rests, in general, issues were resolved. The territory is beautiful, lots of greenery, clean pools. Perhaps the hotel is good, but we will not return here again.
