I don’t compare this hotel with others, but with it, but what it was like a year ago: my wife and I rested in May 2017. The food is excellent, the territory is well-groomed, the staff is polite. In general, the holiday was a success. Now for the disadvantages. Settled in a room where the air conditioner was weakly cold and there was no hot water. The first issue was sorted out: leaving the room, they did not remove the magnetic key card from the receiver and the air conditioner worked at full capacity for the whole day. This made it possible to maintain the temperature at the level of 21.5-23 degrees. It was worse with water: I contacted the technical support service three times, but they not only did not fix the problem, but did not even deign to give an answer or move us to another room. Taking a shower in the morning and evening was completely uncomfortable. And this is a 5 star hotel. I rate the work of the team that was responsible for entertainment at two or three on a 10-point system. This applies to the male staff, there are no complaints about the girls - they were polite, correct, helpful. As for young people, I have repeatedly observed cases of familiarity. But the main disadvantage is sports games, in particular, water polo. Last year there was an order: the matches lasted no more than 20-30 minutes and were held under the full control of the servants. This year the ball was given to vacationers and they played on their own. Sometimes the matches lasted more than one hour and the rest of the vacationers were forced to swim along the pool wall in a limited space. My complaint also had no effect. I think that such shortcomings are unacceptable in a 5-star hotel. Our rating is 4 stars, no more. We don't plan to stay at this place again.
