The hotel is good for its price. Do not overestimate your expectations about 5 *, do not forget that this is Egypt and the cost of a week of stay is equal to 2 days in European 5 * without "freebies". About the pros: very nice and nice staff, all issues are resolved quickly, drinks are brought promptly even to the pool. Who is too lazy to look for excursions on the side, buy from your guides. For independent excursions, it is important to have a copy of your passport and a voucher with you in order to travel to the city on your own. Taxis run, minibuses too. The rooms are cleaned daily and well. Water is always put at the rate of 1 liter. per person. There is tea, coffee, sugar kettle in the room. The rooms are shabby, but solid, no serious cons. Everything is working.
The sea is beautiful, feel free to take a mask with you, right on the hotel pantone there are a lot of fish and a beautiful reef. Before lunch, there are usually waves and you can’t swim, but after lunch, a yellow flag and go ahead to admire the aquatic inhabitants. There are many and they are beautiful. Crocs are needed near the shore. Or buy coral slippers in the market or in the hotel shop. Trade everywhere! Minus 30% can be reset easily. The Egyptians love to bargain. The main thing is to be friendly and smile. This also applies to hotel staff. We are all living people. And a kind word is also pleasant for a cat.

Now about the sad moments: 1) do not get fooled by a free sightseeing tour of the city. This is a scam for tourists: they will show a replica monument, the most ordinary mosque with a beautiful history, that Mubarak himself prayed there every day, and they will bring it to the "market". That is, to a place where tourists are brought to buy souvenirs at a high price (everything is the same in the city in the old market is cheaper and there is a larger assortment) In vain, half a day was killed. We could not stand the vparivanie "healing" oils from everything, caught a taxi and returned to the hotel. We did not make it before the beach closed and were very upset. 2) A la carte restaurants: we are a large company with children and a baby. Only 16 persons. Warned in advance about a large table for the whole family. The Italian restaurant had excellent beef and service. But in the fish we waited 45 minutes until they just put us at the table. Moreover, the waiters tried in every possible way to smooth over the unpleasant situation, and the manager was rude, trying to blame the guests who did not leave on time and occupied our table. And I didn’t guess to move 5 tables and reserve for our arrival with an empty hall. If not for the work of the waiters, the evening would have been completely ruined. The manager is a bad person. The food, by the way, is also not worth the attention. To put it mildly, not much. Better eat at the Market restaurant.
3) Now is the mango season, but for some reason they are not in the main restaurant. Although guava and dates are excellent.
More about the restaurant: sausages and sausages are so-so. But the children have a separate area and menu.
4) Animation: the guys are trying, there are programs. But no one invites you to aerobics, a kids club and other activities during the day. We found out that there is a night disco on the 3rd day. It's empty, people just don't know about it. So if you want to hang out, choose another hotel. This hotel is for families. It suited us, so it didn't bother us. But the youth from our company was bored.
The hotel is good when you know what to expect from Egypt all inclusive.
