After numerous visits to Turkey, we decided to visit Egypt (there was an opportunity during spring break at school). Check-in at Cleopatra was not very long (maybe due to the fact that we arrived in the evening). We were quite lucky: instead of the average room, they provided a private villa (my explanation: there are few people in the hotel in the 2nd part of March and the rooms are empty, and if people are given a good room, they will write a review or recommend to friends + we were still quite a lot). The villa was just great: 3 TVs, 3 beds and a large sofa, as many as 5 balconies and a lot of free space. One downside (or rather the other way around) was that the internet speed left a lot to be desired, but there was no internet at all in the standard rooms.
Food at the highest level: all the food is very tasty, but some of the dishes were too spicy (there were no such spicy dishes in Turkey). Everything is in order with the choice of fruits, bananas, by the way, are natural, and not those “forage” ones that are imported to us.
I can't say enough about the pools. There were 3 pools, 2 unheated and one heated, only bought a couple of times in it.

If you agree to rafting (quad biking), I immediately warn you, the guide will stop every 1-1.5 km, and at this time you will be “attacked” by local sellers, so it’s better not to take money with you.
A feature of the hotels along this line of the coast was that during lunch the water in the sea begins to "leave" and you can no longer swim normally, although there is a pier where the sea is still normal. At low tide you can see many sea urchins and other small inhabitants of the Red Sea. If you swim with a mask and goggles near the pier, you can see a lot of colorful rather large fish, but I just say right away - it’s better not to swim close to them, they bite decently, and this can slightly spoil the impression of the rest.
The beach was clean and sandy, there were enough sunbeds, the waiters constantly carried drinks.
Summing up, I can say that this hotel is good for a family holiday, however, the tides allow you to swim in the sea only until lunch (in the summer it may be different, they didn’t specify).
