We arrived at 8.00, at the airport we were met by the representative of the Anex tour, after 5 minutes we were at the hotel. Already after 10.00 they put on a blue bracelet on their hand, which made it impossible to have breakfast (breakfast from 7.00 to 10.00). But at the Lobby Bar you could drink tea, coffee, water with buns without any problems! We settled after 12.00 in a spacious room (7112) with access to the terrace with a wonderful view of the central pool (activity). The room was cleaned every day, very high quality, bottles of water and body care products were replenished. Thanks a lot to the person who made this work!
The hotel grounds are very well maintained and beautiful. Everything is very compact and therefore, wherever they settle, everywhere is close to the main restaurant, and to one of the 3 pools, and to the sea!
There were a lot of vacationers, judging by their number in the main restaurant, but this was not felt in the recreation areas: in the morning in 1 pool (family) we were generally alone, that is, a beautiful clean pool was only at our disposal, we swam, played with a ball. True, 3 days before departure, such an unpleasant incident happened to me - in the pool, while playing with a ball near the gate, this gate fell on me and a barbell right in the nose, the blow was very strong, my husband immediately brought ice from the bar and began to apply it to nose, which helped stop the blood, narrow the blood vessels, so that in the future it would reduce bruises. It was depressing that the pool employee, who gives out towels, and, probably, is responsible for the safety of vacationers, immediately disappeared from the territory. We didn't raise a "hi" about this. But be sure to secure this gate so that no one else gets hurt.
In the 2nd pool (Activity) there are a lot of people, fun, animators work, music sounds.
In the 3rd pool (Infinity) there are also enough people, but it is quiet, a beautiful view of infinity: a smooth transition from this pool to the sea and sky. Beautiful!
Food: very varied, very tasty. Thanks to the chefs for such a simply titanic work to satisfy all tastes. In the evenings - always something (meat, fish, crabs) on the grill. Fruits: melons, watermelons, figs, dates, apples, plums, pears, grapes. The guys who served breakfasts, lunches and dinners are always very friendly, ready to immediately help to reserve the table, bring drinks! Big respect to all of them! And health to them, because they have to carry so much heavy (dirty dishes, drinks) on their arms and shoulders! ...Why not use dirty dish trolleys?

Because of the low tides on the sea, you can’t buy it in our imagination, because the “bottom” with its wonderful inhabitants is exposed - starfish, crabs, hermit crabs, sea urchins, sea snakes, moray eels (yes, yes! , I was not mistaken , saw them repeatedly, filmed everything). So wear safety shoes and watch your step, especially in the lagoons. The listed animals do not intend to bite you, just if you step on them, then there will be their unconditioned reflex (response).
During high tide, the water level increases by 30-40 cm, so you can’t swim either, you can only sit or lie down in the warm water and get wet. But it's still very nice, like in a thermal spring. You can swim here only from the pier, on the edge of the coral reef. And look for hours through a mask at this amazingly beautiful, simply bewitching marine world - corals, colorful fish in flocks, single fish, we saw a large turtle, a stingray.
The water is warm, but certainly not as hot as near the shore.
We had a granddaughter (6 years old) and a grandson (8 years old) with us. Of course, before the trip, we looked to have a children's room in the hotel. It is really present, well located, deepened in a hollow, in the center of the territory. An animator works there - an Englishwoman Chelsea, who speaks only English, and she told us that the children draw and watch cartoons here. Our kids went there once. But they still watch cartoons at home. If there was a study of English for kids in a playful way, then it would be wonderful, otherwise ...But for children, a "children's day" is organized once a week on Thursdays: from 11.15 to 13.30 - children's games, competitions between two teams , clowns with magic tricks, and after dinner - the children turn into chefs and cook pizza, and then they eat it with pleasure. That's great! Thanks to all the animators who make it all happen!
But it's only once a week.
If only there was a group of animators who would deal only with children every day, as is the case in other hotels! And here the animators work with both adults and children, and it is clear that it is impossible to embrace the immensity. In the evenings - for children at 20.30 - mini disco on stage with Chelsea animator - thanks for that! Several times there was a mini disco in the pub "Pili-drank", but it's so cold that we were just afraid that our children would not catch a cold there, so on those days when the mini-disco was in this pub, we just didn't go there .
After the mini-disco - always a variety of performances, show programs. It was interesting, exciting, fun. Thanks for this to the organizers, to all the performing artists, and of course, to the animators who constantly worked there! I would especially like to mention a very pleasant, attentive and sympathetic girl animator Irina from Ukraine!
Request to the hotel management: at the bars near the pools and on the beach, attach a clock and a thermometer.
But in general, we really enjoyed our vacation, the sea, the comfort and beauty of the hotel! And they did not want to leave this paradise on Earth! But 2 weeks passed very quickly, we must return home to Kyiv with the hope of a holiday in Egypt next year!
