Ужас.. Horror..

Gentlemen, I will not spread, because. I described everything in my claim to the tour operator (there is a process for compensation, both moral and material), but I would not wish the enemy to rest in this hotel! Upon arrival (November 3.2010) it turned out that it was impossible to get into the sea!! ! There is no pier (it was opened only on November 14), the sea is 200 meters knee-deep with corals, hedgehogs and snakes, and at low tide it’s not even there - entry from the piers of neighboring hotels... Nevertheless, the hotel is new, beautiful, the territory is also okay, but :
-terrible service (they took me to the room for 3! ! hours, but at first they said that there was no such service in principle), rudeness of the staff;
-no SPA and other services (under construction);
- entrance to the sea only from the pier (with us it was completed with all the consequences - construction on the beach, gas cylinders in the sun, approaching KAMAZ trucks, etc. );

- low-flying aircraft, both passenger and military;
-towels are issued used (!! ) (until we talked to the hotel manager);
- system all inclusive does not include drinks;
-absence of imported alcohol in bars;
-one and the same music by the pool (like Chinese torture);
- the water in the pool is cold;
- the food is not varied, the choice is very small;
- the so-called a la carte restaurants (there are no more than 2 of them) offer an even more meager menu than in the main restaurant;
- in freshly squeezed juices sand;
-tea paid and ONLY packaged "Lipton";
-You can't wait for a taxi at the reception;
-poor animation in the evenings;
- animation by the pool includes only aqua aerobics, on the beach - volleyball.
This is far from a complete list. . ((Most likely, a SPA and a disco will be opened on the May holidays of 2011, but I still don’t go there anymore! So draw your conclusions and have a good rest!
