Having decided to go to Egypt in mid-December and celebrate a birthday there, the choice of the hotel fell on Cleopatra Luxury Resort 5 *. We chose the hotel solely on the basis of photos and reviews on the Internet. At the time of leaving for vacation, I seemed to be ready for both the positive and negative aspects of the hotel, which many considered the location, the Nabq area, weather conditions in December, a dead reef and strong low tides.

The decor in the room is nice, the furniture, of course, is not only brought from the store and has already been used by vacationers, but the feeling of shabby, old and worn out not only doesn’t arise, but it’s just ridiculous to say so. For three years of operation of the hotel, this is an excellent piece of furniture, which is fully consistent with the photographs presented on the official website of Cleopatra Luxury. The only downside is the broken hair dryer. After contacting Anna's guesthouse, a new hair dryer was installed in the room during the day (tip number 1 - for all questions, contact the reception or Anna's hospitality, do not terrorize your guide - he will not help you in hotel matters).

SERVICE.
Everyone is kind, polite and smiling. The whole hotel is like a big bee that wakes up early and immediately gets to work. Everyone is doing something all day long: washing, cleaning, cleaning. If you are friendly and polite, everyone will sympathize with you, from the cleaners to the restaurant administrator). I did not feel racial discrimination, they brought me drinks at the same speed as the German at the next table. My only little advice number 2 is that knowing English for the Slavs has never been superfluous.
Room cleaning was excellent. Our $1 cleaner was ready to move mountains and weave the most intricate crocodiles). Yes, and ask for bathrobes at the reception, they will not refuse you. Beach towels are clean and changed regularly.

For three nights in a row, the animators arranged a trip to the best nightclubs in Sharm: Dolce vita, Pacha and Space Sharm. In general, every vacationer could find entertainment according to their taste and age). For children there is a children's room. Animators English, Russian and Italian speaking, very nice and friendly.
SEA. Weather, sea, corals, fish - everything was wonderful. For eight days a yellow flag hung on our pier, for four days in a row it was completely calm, the sea was +24-fairy tale. The hotel reef impressed me. Even after boat trips on about. Tyrant, I was happy to return to our beach, to cute fish and sea urchins. Snorkeling was a real pleasure.
