A middle-class hotel on the 2nd line from the sea, the location is very good, near the old town (on the main road it takes 30-45 minutes on foot, and if straight across the ravine - about 15 minutes with the usual step). The hotel area is small, but compact, cozy and comfortable for a relaxing holiday.

They settled in promptly. The settlement is very fast, without any hint of an additional fee to the guys at the reception. Seven people arrived and settled all of us within 10 minutes in three rooms (two on the ground floor with access to the pool, one large without a balcony on the second floor with access to the backyard).

Yes, the food is not like in the 5-ke, but we were not hungry. The restaurant has a small selection of dishes, as for a 4 *, but everything is fresh and tasty. The cooks did their best according to their financial capabilities (after all, it's not a secret for anyone that they are now in an economic crisis due to the lack of tourists from Russia). Surprisingly, as for Egypt, there were delicious soups all the time (to be honest, I never really ate them either in Egypt or in Turkey, since usually this is some kind of incomprehensible brew, but here the guys tried! ) I was surprised - it's Ukrainian borscht, which they cooked according to their idea of this dish, but it was still delicious!
The waiters are nice, polite and diligent guys. Cleaned everything quickly and always responded to comments and requests.
We were most often served by a pleasant boy, Mohammed, who was the same age as my son. They became friends and are still actively chatting on social networks.
In our company, during the stay at the hotel, there were two birthdays. The hotel congratulated each of them on their birthday with a cake with candles and staff songs “happy birthday” in three languages. It was very nice.
This hotel is probably not quite suitable for young people (if you are counting on active animation), rather for families or older people. But if you eat in a good mood, you can make fun for yourself.
There is no animation for children, so you need to deal with small children yourself.
Otherwise, we did not see any particular minuses, the attitude of the staff is friendly, for the most part everyone is friendly. All the necessary questions and certain problems that arose were very quickly helped by the guys at the reception.
Do not forget that this hotel is 4 * and it is natural that it will be different from 5 *. So if you rest all the time in 5 *, then it’s better to rest there, because it is obvious that the comparison will be in favor of 5 *.
In general, we liked everything. Tivoli deserves respect as a value for money hotel.

P. S. I recommend visiting the Fares fish restaurant, which is located not far from the hotel - we walked. Excellent and inexpensive food.
