We waited a long time to check into the hotel, there were a lot of problems. They did not want to settle us for free, they asked us to pay extra 10 or 15 dollars. The service and food here is terrible. The only food there was pasta and scrambled eggs. The fish was seen only once and a small piece. I flew to Egypt for the 4th time and always chose 5 star hotels, but this time we decided to try 4k. We didn’t really need any conditions, but we didn’t expect everything to be so terrible. You have to pay for everything, you can't interrogate anything. Almost no one from the staff speaks Russian. Very terrible, just disgusting. I had a birthday, basically the hotel congratulates me on the holiday, but there was nothing, they didn’t congratulate me at all. Very unpleasant. Everyone with whom we spoke about this hotel said that this is not a 4 star hotel, but a 3 maximum. The rooms are terrible with bad smells and everything is dirty. Sea 3rd line and the beach itself is also not very good. The territory of the hotel is dirty and there is no where to walk, it is impossible to swim in the pools. The Internet is even more or less, you can use it, but I didn’t catch it in the rooms. And the animation is also nothing at all. We didn't like this hotel at all. You can find a much better hotel for this price. We do not recommend it for recreation.
