Good afternoon, just returned from Sea Club Aquapark, I decided to share my impressions. We went with the whole family - two adults and two children (girls 7 and 10 years old). We arrived at the hotel late (around midnight) and took a long time to check in. According to the results of the check-in, it turned out that the night shift of the receptionist simply ran out of electronic keys to the rooms and they frantically tried to think of something. : )) It didn’t work out and they opened the room for us with a master key and asked in the morning, leaving the room, just slam the door and contact the reception for the keys, which should be ready by that time. The campaign was not deceived - in the morning the keys were waiting for us at the reception. The room is very large even for a "family" - in the "Titanic", in which they were before, the dimensions were much more modest, a very cool terrace - on the first day I took chairs out of the room instead of plastic ones and the place for smoking and admiring the moon was ready for use . Cleaned as usual in Egypt - every day and without much diligence : ) but figures from towels, additional towels and an ashtray were present upon request. During the week, several times we encountered the fact that the "lords of towels" ran out of cards for their issuance, but no one bothers with this - they write a list and issue it the next day without problems. About water activities: the children's water park was more than pleased, the adult is also not bad, water heating was not found in any pool - the water was sometimes more than invigorating, the concept of queues or problems with sun loungers is absent as such. The animators are handsome - the children just fell in love with them. Every day they came up with something new and cool: a belly dance school for little ones; throwing balloons inflated with water using towels; contests; songs; discos; lotto and much more. They fed as usual in Egypt - it seems that there is a lot of everything and it is different, but on the third day you want to cackle from scrambled eggs for breakfast : )) I highly recommend their yoghurts on different fruits - soulful. The staff is very friendly, everyone is funny, the children are entertained by everything from the animator to the chef in the restaurant, as best they can. Guests - Russians, Ukrainians, British, Germans. I summarize: if you want to arrange a holiday for children - you are here, for yourself - look for another hotel.
