I want to share my impressions of the holiday. I rested with my family 2 adults + 2 children (4.5 and 10 years old) from October 22 to November 1. Tour operator Aneks Tour, departure from Zaporozhye. The flight was comfortable except for the stewardess with a glued smile, and under it there was some kind of hatred for passengers asking questions (I flew with my family for the first time at a conscious age, so they were). Well, okay, it did not overshadow the beginning of the holiday. We got to the hotel quickly. The reception was served quickly and given a chic room - a family room (as in the picture) with a view of the water park. By the way, they didn't pay anything for it. The territory of the hotel is well-groomed and clean. The room was cleaned regularly and not bad (we left $ 1 every other day), the room had a safe, a refrigerator, a kettle and coffee, tea and sugar were regularly added. Water in the hotel was in any bar in bottles of 0.6 liters and was issued without restriction. Sometimes they forgot to report the 4th towel, soap or shampoo, but on demand everything was heard quickly. The door between the rooms did not close and this was also eliminated upon request. Beach towels were issued on cards every morning, and in the evening they were exchanged for cards back, at lunchtime this is not necessary because after dinner we were given someone else's wet ones. Towels should be monitored very well, once I put the towel down I went to play volleyball, I came 15 minutes after the water park closed, but there was no towel.
The water park is of course cool for both adults and children, very friendly and kind lifeguards on the slides. I would especially like to say about the lifeguards in the children's part of the water park, who not only look after the children, but also play with them, fool around.
I would like to single out the animators with separate warm words, I really liked the whole team - 12 people, and I especially want to highlight Masha, Jackson, Dodger and Rio. Super friendly, active, great dancing and our kids loved it too. I really liked the car charging and its attitude towards children. By the way, there were 4 Russian-speaking animators, which is good, since there are about half of them in the hotel

The restaurant pleased with the abundance of everything, except that there was no borscht, something was cooked on the grill every evening, there were dates, tangerines, melons, apples (for some reason they were cut) from fruits, sometimes bananas. Juices were in unlimited quantities and, unfortunately, powdered, and sprite, cola, fanta were sometimes heavily diluted with water, alcoholic cocktails were mixed, if you want to say “double vodka please” stronger. The restaurant and bars upset the attitude towards Russian speakers. If Russian-speaking people stand in line in front, and Germans behind, then they will be served first in glass glasses, and then you. The waiter will bring and offer a drink to a German or an Englishman (both on the beach and near the pool and in a restaurant), but not to you, a Slav. SPA services, the press will be offered to them, but not to you - the Slavs. It's a shame because we pay the same money as they do and leave a tip, but the attitude is different. And it seems that this is not a personal initiative of the employees, but the policy of the hotel. Only animators treat everyone the same.

I did not like the hotel guide of the Anex tour - Mohammed Said. He gave false information about the excursion to the Rasen Mohammed reserve, promised drinks, seafood all day, it was scarce, and the money paid was not small. And he sold the same excursion to his friends at 2 times more expensive, passing it off as a VIP cruise, they wrote a complaint against him and demanded a refund. In short, they say that excursions from other tour operators or on the beach are cheaper. Yes, and in the information about the hotel was not competent, although it is his job.
