We went to Egypt for the first time in this hotel with a boyfriend, sister and her 4 year old daughter.
Upon arrival at 4 in the morning, they immediately began to check us into rooms, since we had paid for this day. We wanted two rooms separately but side by side, the guy at the reception speaks Russian but not very much, he offered us a family room, it's like an apartment with two rooms and a large shared balcony overlooking the aqua park. He said if you liked it, call him and let him know. He gave us 2 cards (keys) from different rooms but the same. Everything was identical in them, but in one there was no light. We chose a room where everything was ok. At 8:00 a meeting was scheduled with a guide who was supposed to notify us when our suitcases would arrive, since there were none on our plane. He told us for 1 hour about excursions that we did not need without things and did not give us the opportunity to interrupt him. After a lot of clarification, he said that the luggage was at the airport and he needed time to collect all the people who were without suitcases and then he would call a transfer, everything dragged on for a very long time, he did nothing but just sat at the reception and tried out excursions, as a result, at 10 in the morning he he told us that at 11 he would tell us what time the transfer would be and again silence followed. We decided to take a taxi to the airport. from the hotel taxi said 15dol. threw off with 3 families for 5dol. roundtrip. And the promised transfer brought people only as much as 15:00. Of course, the fault is not his, but Brawo Air, but he, too, was not eager to help us.
About the restaurant. . . The food throughout our holiday was the same. . . pasta, potatoes, rice. Of the meat, only one kind of chicken and sometimes beef (tough) fruits are terrible apples and oranges, sometimes bananas. a large selection of pirozhyn and cakes are delicious but not all. Of the drinks in the restaurant, juices are diluted and disgusting coffee.

Territory: not large, one large pool from 1.6 meters at the beginning to the end, the depth was knee-deep. a large children's pool with various slides, an adult aqua park with two exits to the pools, after descending from the slide, you immediately need to leave the pool. And one pool, too, with increasing depth up to 1.6m. supposedly with waves, but we didn’t find them there. There is a lazy river, but you can swim there only in a boat. Pools and aqua parks opened at 10:00 and until 17:00. Slides periodically some closed others opened.
On the territory there are two separate restaurants where you can eat once for free, but first sign up at the reception. We signed up for the Neapolitan in anticipation of something out of the ordinary but the food was the same as in the general restaurant. We had a shock. The meaning of these restaurants is not clear.
The sea shuttle runs every hour. First at 9:00 last at 17:00 Return transfer first at 9:30 last at 17:30. It takes about 7 minutes to drive, but be prepared that then you still need to walk as much as the territory of our hotel for about 10 minutes. Now the most interesting thing is to find panton on the neighboring beach of another hotel, go for about 7 minutes. You can’t lie on sunbeds on that beach, only on a rented beach. If you want to swim with a mask, then you need to go to the pier and then back. Honestly, we were terribly dissatisfied, it was not very pleasant to go there. The sea is of course beautiful, the coral reef is very beautiful, but due to the fact that there are two hotels on the pier at once, a lot of people swim normally with a mask, it’s not realistic because you get someone else’s flippers on the head more than once.
Cleaning in the room is disgusting, supposedly removed !! ! On the street, we had stains on the table from sweet water, no one wiped it off, in the corridor we had a glass of cola, they turned it over, they spilled cola, they didn’t wipe it up, but the glass was empty put in place! Cleaners were allowed into the room only once.
The child dreamed of riding a camel... we never met him, not on the beach, not in the hotel. We saw it only once when we went to the old city, and then he was already alone there and the poor lay somehow tired. Mango in the old market for $2 per kg. Not everyone gives change, so you need to immediately go with small banknotes or buy groceries for the banknote you have.

Departure....we had a plane at 7:50 transfer from the hotel at 4:00... that is, as it were . . what are you guys talking about ?? ? ok, ok calm down. We came to the reception by the 4th handed over the cards, they offered to leave a review, I left not bad and got on the bus and then....nothing foreshadowed trouble....the guide comes in and says the name of the sister and asks to come to the reception, they say that they found a sheet with a blue stain (the child pressed a little with a felt-tip pen) and they say that you need to pay 20 dollars... ??? ? and we were not alone, they attributed to one that the plate was missing, which did not exist... 15 dollars. others for a broken hair dryer (vacationers talked about this at the reception upon arrival) dollars. If you are going to rest with a child, then he will be insanely interested in this hotel from various water slides, there is also a small playground. In the evening, animators dance near the reception and the main restaurant and then everyone gathers for Show time. The performance is fun and interesting for both adults and children (although it is in Arabic, we didn’t even understand much what it was about). During the day, water aerobics is held in the pool.
As a result, since we were the first time, we have nothing to compare with, and for us the vacation abroad was very long-awaited and we were looking for only pluses in all the minuses... although we were also satisfied with a lot of minuses.
