We chose this hotel because it is positioned as a five *. Since we were traveling with children, we chose the Aqua Park. Arriving there, looking at the reception, we saw dirt, old furniture . . we were upset and realized that it was far from 5. The food at the hotel was constantly monotonous and generally not very, so to speak (pasta with chicken, from fish - only pangasius. from drinks - coffee - instant,
horror, it’s impossible to drink, tea is the cheapest lipton, instead of normal teaspoons, plastic sticks) The restaurant is terribly dirty). There is ice water in the pool, the children got sick on the third day. There are no heated pools! The child fell ill - They called the doctor, said that the temperature was 38 (although it definitely wasn’t there) and you need to get an injection “from Everything”, as a result, I had to use insurance and demand a normal doctor, but they are not there, in the end they treated the children themselves, since qualified help they didn’t wait . . You can get to the sea by bus, the situation on the buses is tin - scuffle, swearing, etc. Mosquitoes and flies bite on the hotel grounds, all tourists were bitten by the end of the tour.
From what I liked - the beautiful sea, the underwater world . . clean well-groomed territory of the hotel and the excellent work of the animators.

Very disappointed with the holiday. For such a cost and the number of stars does not pull at all. To be honest, we are shocked) We do not recommend.
