We had a Charmillion Club Aqua Park 5 * hotel. The room was good, of the minuses is that for the child there was not a bed, but a folding bed, but it was of normal quality. We waited a long time for check-in, we even quarreled a little with them about this. We arrived at the hotel at 7 in the morning, we were only wearing bracelets at 10.30, until that time we were not allowed into the territory, we had to walk around the city, it was not clear where to wait there. At 10.30 we were given bracelets and at least we could already be on the territory of the hotel, and we were settled in the room at 14.00-14.30. The territory is good, well-groomed, I liked the slides, the water park, the hotel is new. The only downside is the accommodation. We both flew in jackets, so in these jackets in the heat and walked from 7.00 am to 10.30 am, that is, we could not enter the territory, as I wrote above, do not change clothes, nothing passed, walked around the city I don't know where, I don't know why. The hotel is on the second line, the beach is good, clean. The transfer to the beach was organized from the hotel, but the buses did not depart conveniently in time, since at 17.00 the last bus was already taking back to the hotel. It was very far from the old town, there was nothing around the hotel, only some unfinished buildings, there was nowhere to go. The location of the hotel is not convenient, anywhere where you could walk or go shopping you had to go 20 minutes by taxi or even longer by minibus. We did not use the services of a guide, since his tours were more expensive, so we just bought them at the hotel. In general, the hotel is good, we did not like the transfer time from the beach to the hotel and the fact that we were late settled.
