1. Settlement. We arrived at the hotel at 10. They brought us drinks (some kind of non-alcoholic cocktail). Settled according to the rules, a little earlier. OK. 13.30. Before that, they put on bracelets for everyone, so that we could go to dinner at 12.30. Luggage was checked into a storage room. Then the luggage was brought to the room.
2. Receptionist. At the reception, the staff speaks Russian very poorly (you can say they don’t speak at all). But they still try to understand and solve the problem.
The hotel is new, but the edges of the table tops (more than one table) have already been chipped off on the reception, the upholstery of the sofas has already been torn in some places. Those. the furniture is not very durable.

3. Number. The room is beautiful. Ours was in 2 parts. In the first one there was a folding beautiful sofa, wide enough and roomy for a child of 8 years old. + 2 shelves for shoes and bags + refrigerator. There were 2 bottles in the fridge upon arrival. water. Then they replenished only 1 time the supply of water. But you can bring your own bottled water from the bar.
In the other part of the room there was a bed, bedside tables, an LCD TV (you could insert your flash drive and watch movies brought with you), a dressing table with a mirror, a wardrobe with a safe, lamps, a rug in front of the bed, 1 chair.
There were 4 Russian channels. There were many channels in German, Polish, Italian, French, English. lang.

ROOM CLEANING. At first, one nice guy cleaned for us. He spoke good English and was always very friendly. He tried very hard. For tips, he made us an elephant out of towels, then beautiful flowers, then swans. + all decorated with flower petals. Very beautiful. My daughter always ran to the room to see what would happen this time.

4. The territory of the hotel.

But all the greenery has recently been planted, all the trees are young, low.
Everything is clean and tidy. But the tiles are not washed every day (they are not washed at all), because in Egypt strained with water, as we understood. Water is brought to hotels in large tanks. The area itself is a complete desert.
So far, everything is set up. Umbrellas are added, then illumination of roofs, palm trunks, etc.
The hotel itself is not big, but not small either.

5. Nutrition.
For an amateur. We liked the food.
Breakfasts are the same every day: chicken and beef sausages, 2-3 types of sausage, 2-3 types of cheese, scrambled eggs with different fillings, heat. and var. eggs, croissants, a bunch of different buns, pancakes, donuts (croquettes), toast, milk porridge, muesli with milk, tea, coffee, vegetables, yogurt, fruits.
Lunches / dinners. 2 types of soups, many vegetable dishes (broccoli, cauliflower, legumes), pasta dishes, rice, fish, meat. There was always govydina in different versions. There was often chicken. There was meat on the grill. The fish was different. There were crabs a couple of times.
You won't be hungry. However, there were individuals who said that the sausage "sucks", they say, you need to bring free. As for me, their sausage, on the contrary, is better than domestic. As for me, it has fewer different chemicals. The cheese was very similar to ours, quite tasty.
Of the fruits there were watermelons, melons a couple of times, peaches once, there were always apples, apples, pears (sweet, tasty), awesome dates, large, not dried, oranges, bananas.

There are 2 a la carte. Service, as in the dining room: "Have you already eaten the soup? Here's the next dish for you" And so all 4 dishes. With Italian a la carte served the most ordinary pasta with vegetables.
But the fish with shrimp and squid was delicious.

The kids club at the hotel opened 1.5 weeks before our arrival.

Children are constantly painted by animators (Face Deco). Very beautiful.
There are no special activities for children.

8. Adult animation.
The amphitheater is under construction. Will be ready in a week or two.

There is water aerobics (but weak), yoga (also rather weak), morning exercises. There are no announcements and schedules of animation events anywhere, they do not post any information.
It seems like they opened a disco on their large pool, they worked from 23.00. We were not.
Because the amphitheater is unfinished, then in the evening near the entrance to the main restaurant there were similarities of the show. Either karaoke or belly dancing. Very weak level of animation. Similarity.
There are no separate smoking and non-smoking areas for these shows. Non-smokers and children have to sniff cigarette smoke.
9. Beach.
A crowded bus goes to the beach. At noon the bus is almost empty (lunch time). Runs every half an hour from 8:30 to 17:00. The beach is located at the Sea Life Hotel. In general, there is a beach of three hotels + they bring us. Those hotels have blue towels, we have yellow ones.
If you arrive early, then the sun loungers will be free, later it is very difficult to find sun loungers. Many are simply busy with towels ("the place is busy").
Not all bars on the beach will serve you. Those. if you are located on a sun lounger closer to the pontoon, then they will not serve you at that bar, you will have to drag yourself to distant lands.
Towels must be brought from the hotel.

If you did not come to the opening, then it is hard to find a clean, laid table.
They can put new appliances, but the table is not wiped.
13. Contingent.
The hotel has Russians, Ukrainians, Germans, British, Poles, French, Norwegians.
Mostly all in children. Hamov and "cool" did not meet.
There are a lot of children in the hotel.
14. Other.
At one time there was no partial light throughout the hotel. They turned off the air conditioners and part of the lighting in the rooms, all the kettles, boilers with water for tea and coffee. Tea and coffee could not be drunk that dinner. Risepshin did not answer calls.
The hotel is near the airport. Planes flew over us all the time. Strong hum. But then they got used to it.
