I'll start from the very beginning.
We rested from 20 to 27.09. 18. We arrived at the hotel around 9-00, checked in, immediately put on bracelets and said that we had to wait. Nobody brought drinks and wet towels (as they do in other hotels). We ourselves went to the bar and got water and coffee. By the way, about water - they put 1.5 liters of bottles in the room every time they clean it. and everywhere in bars and restaurants you can take in any number of bottled - this is a plus. We went to explore the area and have breakfast.

BUT!! ! As soon as we got to the dining room, the whole impression was spoiled... dirty, a lot of people, the choice of dishes is quite large, but you can eat a couple, the rest is not to our taste.
There is a lot of space on the beach, even when the hotel is fully loaded. If you walk a little to the right or left of the restaurant, you will definitely find several free sun loungers.

And so, they settled us in the room by 13-00, asked for it earlier, but they said the room was not ready, they didn’t take the money.
Our room overlooking the sea with a Jacuzzi on the balcony: a puddle had flowed from under the bathroom and the smell was all the time like from a cat litter box. We did not change it, because. very tired on the road. The first 2 days they put towels on the floor so that water would not flow into the room !! ! Normal, right?!
Then the water stopped flowing, maybe they repaired it in our absence or the puddle dried up - I don’t know, but the smell remained. And in the bathroom, the shower hose leaked and was very buzzing when the water was turned on.
The room itself - as for Egypt - is good (except for the above), the view is excellent, in the bathroom "chill" under the sunset and looking at the sea - this is something! Liked.
Cleaning, if you hang a sign - every day. Everything is cleaned well. They left $ 1, but the figures from the towels received only 1 time.
Cleaners are friendly and attentive, thank you for that.
Now the negative:
Catastrophically upset the attitude of the staff (waiters) in the main restaurant. They don't notice at close range, even wave your hands, even shout... the attitude towards their fellow citizens and Italians is radically opposite - they are helpful, friendly and run without an invitation to every wave of their eyelashes.
Such discrimination has simply killed and discouraged us!!!
We know very well that they are very fond of tips and never skimp on it, and only on the 3-4th day of rest, when the waiters visually remembered us, the attitude became better.
I want to note that the attitude towards our people is often deserved, because. More than once I observed situations of unpleasant behavior and I was ashamed of "their own", but this is not a reason for the service personnel to selectively do their job. For comparison, we rested in a cheaper hotel last year, where even without $ everyone smiled and tried as best they could, and we gave tips there with pleasure, here - in the form of an advance.

Entertainment: every evening they come up with something, then a guitarist, then live music, belly dancing, a disco - everything is fine, interesting here (except for the under-fire show).
In the lobby and near the reception - clean, cool and pleasant. BUT! Again, the waiters at the bar near the reception are the most unpleasant of all.
The territory is quite small and not very well-groomed in places (withered plants, not enough greenery), the relaxation pool area is the most pleasant and green, the rest is empty...
I liked the alley along several hotels and the sea. Between the Coral Sea and the Baron Hotel, there is a small market with everything you need - there we bought nuts, dates and mangoes. I recommend to go to the store to Mina. A good guy, we bought 15 kg of mango from him to go.

At low tide, the water goes a few meters from the beach and the rocky bottom is exposed. After lunch, the water returns.
Very upset that there are no smoking and non-smoking areas on the beach! The cigarette smoke was annoying.
And the last day - we had a late departure at 23-00, then they also moved it, so we asked for a late "check-out" at the reception - it cost $ 45, but we were ready for this. They asked to leave the room no later than 18-00. When checking out, a guy took us with our suitcases and drove us to the lobby in an electric car.
We called and asked for it.
We left our luggage there and went for a walk to the restaurant and to the sea.
In general, the impression would be good if it were not for the dismissive attitude of the staff and the TASTE OF FOOD!
