Boiled, I want to write a review... we have been resting in this hotel for 9 days and immediately on the first day the impression of the hotel was spoiled (((read a lot of reviews to make the rest comfortable and unforgettable, but we will not forget and will not return. It all started with the settlement... they took a room for 3 adults with a view of the GARDEN!!! ! (not back, please note !!! ), at the reception they told us that we had an upgrade!!! ! And the room was given not a standard one, but a family one. We were delighted early !!! . Upon check-in, we discovered that there was one double bed and two couches (I think it would be the best for the kids) The room was prepared for 2, there was no hint of the arrival of the 3rd person. we were told that they do not have rooms for 3 people !!! ! Ok... no... we are not conflicting people, not picky - they asked to bring the 3rd set of towels (by the way, to this day towels are only for 2 people bring), bed linen, a cup. Ok . . everything is fine... connected 2 couches, made a sleeping place (couches sold vleny). and yes, I forgot to mention that the check-in was at 10 pm and it was dark outside... and what was our surprise in the morning when we found a view of the unfinished building. Lan, we thought, we’ll just sleep in the room anyway....the Internet is only for 2 devices, even if it’s 1 GB, but again the same - we were 3 adults. We bought an additional package - the speed is good, but already for 5 devices!
The last straw was - Before checking in, we were given a memo about a brief overview of the services and what is included in the all inclusive system, which said that one visit to the a la cart restaurant is free, the rest of the times are paid. Well, since there is such a service, why not use it (booking, it is written, 24 hours in advance). We came to book yesterday at the reception - but no !! ! There is no such service, everything is paid! Our representative said that this is probably for Italians ???? , yes, yes, they all speak and read Russian !! ! If it really isn't a free service, consider reprinting your flyers. Enough about the cons... the beach is wonderful, the pool is clean, the animators are awesome! It is a pity that the first impression of the trip to Egypt will remain satisfactory.
