Good 5 * hotel, there are pros and cons:
the area is quiet big and green, the architecture of the hotel is arabic style, it's hard to find your room in this labyrinth and that's a drawback for me!
The water park is super and the staff always supervise the kids and don't let them swim in the deepest parts of the pool, in general the staff are friendly, helpful and open practically from sunset to night. Cleaning needs to be improved. The room, restaurant walls and curtains are dirty!
The sea is ok, but the area that tourists prefer for swimming is not under the control of the hotel, there are no watchmen, they sit only at the pier, where it is deep for children and those who cannot swim, and there are many stones at the bottom. Swimming until 6 pm. No eateries on the beach, we had to walk to what is far from the beach in the courtyard of the hotel, this is a disadvantage.

Animation for kids is the same every day and boring and for adults basically every night the singer sang mostly the same songs which is annoying, no entertainment in the evening at the hotel! Management should take this into account! The Italians had separate shows in Italian in the evening and it was interesting. This is a big disadvantage! Tourists were mainly from Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Italy, Moldova. Wifi 2 Gb is only free, this is a big minus, because in the evening I do nothing, I read a book.
Food is good, seafood was twice a week.
The spa has high prices, maybe for Europeans it's a fair price, the peeling and massage lasted 1 hour and was ok.
All in all, I would recommend this hotel.

Sea is fine, but the area preferred by tourists for swimming is not under hotel's control, no saeguards, they sit only at pier where it's deep for children and those who cant swim and there re a lot of stones on bottom. Swimming until 6 p. m. No snacks bar on beach, we had to go to the point that far from the beach inside the hotel's yard, this is a disadvantage.
