There were three of us, so we chose the budget option. The room itself was dirty, nothing worked, they said that moving to another room costs $ 20, we did not give it, since the mood had already been spoiled by these flights. There was no light in the room, the refrigerator did not work, we asked to be moved to another room, they moved us, but the room turned out to be the same. Then they began to change everything: they replaced the refrigerator, screwed in the light bulbs. The food is terrible, the service is terrible. The territory is a plus, good, beautiful, it takes 7-8 minutes to go to the sea, it was the second line, but close. Also, there was a transfer to the sea, but we walked, we did not use it. The restaurant, so-called, is dirty, the plates are dirty, they were always in short supply, there were a lot of Arabs among the vacationers, they spat there and left everything. A man broke his slippers in the "restaurant", as he just stuck to the floor!! ! It was terrible, I have never rested like this before. There was nothing nearby: no shops, no restaurants. The hotel guides offered tours, deceived us. There was a complex excursion, which included a trip on a yacht, a trip on ATVs and a trip to Soho. In the process, we learned that the excursion to Soho was free for us, other visitors included drinks, an ice rink and a hookah in the cost of the excursion, for us this was not all inclusive, since we did not pay for it. There we were told that the excursion to Soho itself is free, and why we paid for it is not clear. Since we were taken from the hotel earlier, at night, there was no time to look for a guide and deal with him about this. Terrible hotel, would not recommend to anyone!
