I want to say, if someone gets into this kind of hotel, do not be afraid to go to your guide of your tour operator and ask for a change of hotel, it will be good if you have some other hotel options, and do not explain anything to the hotel workers, you can tell the guide that you are not satisfied if he adequate, but in general they do not like when you talk about all these terrible things.
