We rested from 03/28/2026 to 04/04/2026. The tour (1+2) cost $1900, and, honestly, I couldn't even imagine that for that kind of money you could get into such a terrible hotel.
The room stock is in a catastrophic state: it seems that the renovation has not been done since the opening. In the very first room, there were black pellets and foreign debris on the sheets (similar to hair or springs). In total, we had to change 4 (! ) rooms with a scandal, but the situation did not improve fundamentally.
The showers in each room were leaking. Cleanliness and technical condition are at a very low level.
I would like to draw your attention separately: there are practically no real photos of the rooms on the website. The only photo that looks more or less decent is available only for an additional payment of $35 per day.
The staff is rude and unfriendly. The food is served in portions, and it seems that it is literally "torn away from you" - such meager portions are imposed (half a spoonful of fried fish).
The situation on the beach is no better: most of the sunbeds are broken, and the broken sunbeds are simply piled up in the corners.
