The territory is longitudinal from the reception to the beach, at first it is easy to get lost, but everywhere there are maps of the territory and in 1-2 days you begin to understand what and where it is ...the reference point is 2 pools and the reception.
The descent to the beach is both by stairs and along a straight path ...convenient for mothers with strollers and for people with musculoskeletal problems. Walk to the beach for 5-7 minutes.
The beach is spacious, there are enough sunbeds, used plastic but light, each has a rubber mat on which you put a towel (it is issued on a card by the pool, it is very large, not new but good).
Near the beach of Faraana - Farsha cafe, for everyone ...
The entrance to the sea is sandy, gentle, the water is clear - ideal for children. On the stairs that go to the beach (below the restaurant) there is a bar (9? ? -18?? ) where you can get free coffee and drinks (cola, sprite, fanta, cream soda, orange, pineapple) - everything from the machine.
On the beach there are toilet cabins with a washbasin, BUT! take soap with you (there is none there! ) and your hands will be clean after the "procedure" and before dinner.
There are massage places on the beach for those who wish, $ 20-25 for a general massage, as you bargain.

* buy a SIM card with internet at the airport, it is much more profitable there...the hotel does not provide Wi-Fi, and the prices in the hotel shop are exorbitant (at the airport 55 GB for $ 10, and at the hotel 9 GB for the same money).
* do not buy masks in the beach shop near Farsha - they break the price of $ 25 to bargain up to $ 15, and in the hotel shop the seller Amin will sell the same mask for $ 10 ...this store is located behind the reception.

On the beach, we bought an excursion on the bathyscaphe from the guys - $ 10 per hour per person. For this money, they took us by taxi to El Maya Bay, loaded onto a bathyscaphe and sailed to the beginning of Ras Um Sid Bay (not far from our Pharaana) ...they stopped the bathyscaphe over underwater coral rocks - this is something !! ! In free swimming, I have not seen such that living flowering corals completely cover the coral rock!

The restaurant is atmospheric, well-worn furniture made of solid wood ...but cozy, on the tables there are tablecloths and cloth napkins.
There were only Italians around!
Breakfasts are standard Egyptian (brynza, boiled eggs and scrambled eggs, pancakes, a lot of pastries, yogurt, chopped vegetables, olives, etc. (Egyptian cheese and imitation sausage ... ), much more ...tea, coffee from the machine delicious.
Part of the food is behind glass, but they put everything you ask for on a plate. Everywhere is clean, civilized, without haste...and that's good. Never had a long line...
After the meal, a room was found without additional payments and without even a hint of it. Room N 755, first floor. We quickly checked the serviceability of plumbing and electrics - everything worked.
It was dark in our room because of the arched balcony, direct sunlight did not penetrate to us, there was no stuffiness.

Towels are also not the first freshness ...they were once snow-white ...the main thing is not full of holes and washed, but the bed linen was clean, white, pleasant, and the mattresses were hard, and the bed itself creaked at the slightest movement ...We were fine didn't stress. It was clean, tidy, not dusty. Gel soap only in dispensers in the shower and at the sink ...we took our own soap and soap accessories. They left $ 1 daily for the guy who was cleaning.
Breakfasts and dinners are held in a restaurant near the reception, and lunches are in a restaurant (in the air, on a cliff) on the beach - this is a plus: you don’t have to drive to the main restaurant ...the view from the beach restaurant is to the sea ...beauty. . . but you need to beware of crows that steal from the table if you are gone and some others may not like the drafts...
In the morning and afternoon, the choice of food is small, but in sufficient quantities (everything is delicious) in a standard set: fish, chicken meat, rice, potatoes, beans, pasta, vegetables, fruits (melon, bananas, dates, guava, watermelon), pies, juice from vending machines...
Dinners are varied! And first courses (puree soup or vegetable soup with rice) only in the evenings! I was surprised that pizza is not served here (the hotel is set up for Italians!!! )??? ? And no bowl of chopped onions! -this was very lacking ...earlier on vacation there was onion everywhere: in Bulgaria, then in Turkey, in other hotels in Egypt ...
Food is constantly reported, everything is in abundance!
The territory is longitudinal from the reception to the beach, at first it is easy to get lost, but everywhere there are maps of the territory and in 1-2 days you begin to understand what and where it is ...the reference point is 2 pools and the reception.
The descent to the beach is both by stairs and along a straight path ...convenient for mothers with strollers and for people with musculoskeletal problems. Walk to the beach for 5-7 minutes.
The beach is spacious, there are enough sunbeds, used plastic but light, each has a rubber mat on which you put a towel (it is issued on a card by the pool, it is very large, not new but good).
Near the beach of Faraana - Farsha cafe, for everyone ...
The entrance to the sea is sandy, gentle, the water is clear - ideal for children. On the stairs that go to the beach (below the restaurant) there is a bar (9? ? -18?? ) where you can get free coffee and drinks (cola, sprite, fanta, cream soda, orange, pineapple) - everything from the machine.
On the beach there are toilet cabins with a washbasin, BUT! take soap with you (there is none there! ) and your hands will be clean after the "procedure" and before dinner.
There are massage places on the beach for those who wish, $ 20-25 for a general massage, as you bargain.
Important:
* buy a SIM card with internet at the airport, it is much more profitable there...the hotel does not provide Wi-Fi, and the prices in the hotel shop are exorbitant (at the airport 55 GB for $ 10, and at the hotel 9 GB for the same money).
* do not buy masks in the beach shop near Farsha - they break the price of $ 25 to bargain up to $ 15, and in the hotel shop the seller Amin will sell the same mask for $ 10 ...this store is located behind the reception.
* The hotel does not provide drinking water in bottles ...only in glasses from coolers in a restaurant, bar, on the beach ...you can buy two pieces of 0.5 bottled water in a restaurant for $ 1 ...Amin will sell you for the same $ 1 three pcs. 0.75 bottles of water. Have a bottle of 0.5 with you and get water from the cooler...
* Don't forget to take mosquitoes at home...mosquitoes are plentiful and bite mercilessly.
Reef: they say that here is one of the most beautiful reefs. Swimming to the outer reef is far away, but not scary, since there is no deep abyss near the outer reef (for example, in Ras Nasrani Bay).
It is more convenient to snorkel above the crust at high tide, and at low tide the body is 20-30-40 cm above the corals, you can touch them and get hurt (wear leggings and a T-shirt with long sleeves if you don’t have a wetsuit).
We took a taxi to the Old City - $ 2 for one car (not per person) one way. You can also walk to Mango Market on foot, navigate on google maps.
On the beach, we bought an excursion on the bathyscaphe from the guys - $ 10 per hour per person. For this money, they took us by taxi to El Maya Bay, loaded onto a bathyscaphe and sailed to the beginning of Ras Um Sid Bay (not far from our Pharaana) ...they stopped the bathyscaphe over underwater coral rocks - this is something !! ! In free swimming, I have not seen such that living flowering corals completely cover the coral rock!
