1. We planned to go to another hotel, but upon arrival at the travel agency it turned out that there were no more tours there (as they were taken three days before departure). In 2010 we were in Laguna Vistia Beach, and friends in Radison, according to them, it was not bad there. So we stopped this time on it, because we didn’t want to go to the same Laguna a second time. And in vain. . .
2. The sea is shallow, not far from deep water along the pier, but there are not many living creatures. We were traveling with a child and specially chose a hotel where it would not be deep. However, this is probably the only plus for those traveling with children.
3. Menu. There is a choice, but again, comparing with the Laguna is much less. ATTENTION FOR THOSE WITH CHILDREN: there are practically no dietary dishes, almost everything is fried and seasoned. Our child is very selective in food, we had to ask to be cooked separately. But still 5 out of 8 days had diarrhea.

Drinks are also a real problem, since they brought baby water, tea, juices and a thermos from home. Tea for the child was made from their boiled water, they drank their own juices and water.
4. I didn’t catch Wi-Fi in the room, we went to the lobby, but even there there was no speed.
5. The territory is beautiful, green, but it seems that there have been better times. The same can be said about the numbers. We had a room with a sea view, friends had a room closer to the reception, but both rooms were quite shabby (although we gave 20 USD upon check-in). It can be seen that once not bad money was invested, everything, but it seems that over the past 3-5 years they have scored everything. Even in the hall you can see that the repair was not done for a long time. The columns are chipped, the reception desks are "pokotsanny".
6. Cleanliness: the room was cleaned quite well, but in the restaurant, in the bars: the spoons and forks were often dirty, the glasses in the bars are a separate issue. . .
7. I still want to say thanks to the TUI guide, who helped us solve the problem with the child's nutrition and to the waiters in the restaurant, who helped fulfill our orders for diet food for the child.
8. The animation in the hotel is very weak, as one of the animators explained to us, they were hired, but no one really controls their work, so I don’t want to strain. We had a disco with the kids a couple of times and applied face painting, that's all.
I will not recommend this hotel, as there is nothing for young people to do there, and for a family hotel it is very weak! It seems that very soon only European pensioners who have fallen for his name will rest in this hotel.
