It seems that everything is fine until they went out into the street, where the neighbor from above turned out to be a KAZAKH-DRUG addict, who arranged such a "rest" for the whole hotel that I, a traveler with 15 years of experience, have not seen such horror in any country. In order: this monster howled and sang at night, ran naked through all the rooms and around the garden, yelled "ASHALA" so that people came from neighboring hotels to complain ...the girl either smoked something, or sniffed something and arranged for everyone “super vacation” for vacationers ...the hotel management could not tame her, they called a doctor, forcibly took a blood test for drugs and could not determine what it had injected itself ....Then the ambassador of Kazakhstan arrived at the hotel, they called her parents ...us they refused to relocate, because, like, everything is busy and promised that they would take her out in an hour ...this hour lasted three and a half days ...vacationers are in shock ...the hotel management is terrible, they can’t do anything ...
people wrote reviews from the hotel, asked the tour operators to move them...many with children were in shock, the children could not sleep...


We were when this hotel was called the Radisson Blu Resort.

A little about the hotel. There are beautiful bridges on the territory, but the water was lowered below, everything dried up, just the stones dried up ....there is a very beautiful grotto with a pool, but inside it stinks of chlorine so that it is impossible to swim there ...the beach is normal, but there were not enough sunbeds, entertainment the weak are very ...volleyball organized by themselves, although mass entertainment was constantly held on the neighboring beach of the Nubian Hotel.

Separately, about the food: it’s just terrible, the products are not fresh, for lunch they give what they didn’t eat in the morning, in the evening they give you half-eaten lunch ...and some kind of porridge-baby ...There really isn’t anything to choose from ...There was chicken a couple of times , and then a cook stood on it - a piece on a plate ...the men were hungry, people constantly complained ...
Their dining room is dirty, the dishes are sticky, there were not enough cups in the morning, it is impossible to drink tea / coffee, because there are simply no cups ...the waiters demand "give a dollar, friend" from everyone ...this is a nightmare ...Although we are used to leave a tip yourself when we are served properly ...

In the morning I constantly bought fresh juice with my husband, so every minute they came up "give a dollar to me, friend" ...to me, and to me, and to me ...the service is terrible ...We ordered a la carte, we come to the sea in the evening a restaurant, and they tell us: you are not there, everything is already taken, although they came with their voucher with a reservation ...we went to dinner at a restaurant in Soho Park ...
On the plus side: live music was sung on the weekends and a musician played near the scanty blue artificial spruce, which was installed at the hotel only on December 19th.
For a fee, they took dinner from the show, which featured a guy with a snake, and danced their folk dance.

ALL INCLUSIVE in their understanding was for a fee.


This is not 5 stars, but 2-. From once 5, only the territory remained there ...
Conclusion: a once good hotel went to some, sorry, redneck owner, and he turned it into a nightmare ...We still remember that vacation with a shudder ...I don’t recommend the hotel in that form and with that owner and staff nobody.
