I chose a hotel for a long time, because I went with my mother (59 years old) and wanted her to enjoy her vacation (this is her first time abroad).
We were seated right away. After examining the room, it seemed to me that it was very far from the sea (we had room 1107) and I asked to change the room. I was kindly given another key and the opportunity to view another room (closer) and choose. The new room (4401) turned out to be smaller and without a bath (like a shower cabin, but without even a tray, just a water drain), which I personally did not like, so we settled on the first one.
I must say right away that 5 stars in Egypt and 5 stars in Europe are, of course, two big differences))) But in general, we liked the hotel and the room, because we are people without special requests.
I immediately asked to remove the mini-bar, and there were no problems with the “assigned” drink during check-out.

The room is spacious, 2 beds, sofa, plasma, tables and chairs, 2 wicker chairs and a table on the terrace. In the bathroom there is a toilet, a bidet, a bath itself, a hair dryer, two mirrors (one magnifying), in general, everything is as it should be.
The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. In the main restaurant, there are probably more waiters than guests) So you don’t have to wait long for a drink (it’s served). I advise you to make friends through the dollar with some waiter, and he will approach you as soon as you appear in the dining room))
The area is very large and beautiful. The beach is good, not a long pontoon, a lot of fish near the coral, it is interesting to swim with a mask.
Nobody asks for a tip. We left a dollar in the room a couple of times (unfortunately, we didn’t twist the swans out of towels, but only folded the blanket like a butterfly, by the way, then we constantly folded it, even if you didn’t leave anything))), they gave it to the waiters in the main restaurant and masseur. If you decide to take a massage - bargain well. At a price of $ 40 for a 30-minute back massage, we bargained for $ 32 (this is for my mother, but they offered me for 25 in general - they really like young girls there))).
Conclusion, if you want a relaxing holiday - you are here. There is practically no animation after dinner, so young people will be bored here. But for parents or families with small children - that's it. Quiet in the evenings, no festivities under the windows until the morning, nothing like that. Just what you need to REST from the noisy city and from work.
If I go with my mother to Sharm again, I will stay in Radisson.
Our tour operator was Anex-Tour - no complaints (although I heard a lot of bad reviews about them and was very worried about this).
