The hotel is located in the Costa Brava, under the town of Lloret de Mar in a bay called "Fenels". The central beach of Lloret de Mar is behind a rock. Near the hotel there are also shops, restaurants and a small promenade. Yes the center is 15 minutes walk. Personally, it didn't bother me at all. But the hotel is very comfortable and quiet. There are no noisy companies, loud music here.
Rigat Park itself is very beautiful, the rooms are cozy and somehow very homely. interior - antiques, as if in a museum. Aged mirrors, worn carpets. The impression is that this is an old hacienda. In my opinion the only hotel with such a green area. It stands right on the sea, the beach is municipal, but I want to note that in Europe almost all the beaches are like that. Sunbeds are paid, but it did not bother us, we went to swim in the sea, and lay on the territory of the hotel, near the pool. Towels are provided for the beach. The beach is coarse sand. Because of this, the water is clear even in a storm.
The staff at the hotel is very friendly, there were no problems. Throughout the day, light quiet music plays on the territory of the hotel and the rest is calm and measured.
The food is varied, dinners are on the menu. Everything is delicious. The breakfasts are good.
Another minus, since all drinks for dinner are paid, everything that you order is written down and an invoice is presented upon departure. Advice - take checks.
I highly recommend this hotel for demanding guests who would like a relaxing holiday and excellent service.

The hotel is run down - the toilet seat doesn't seem to have been changed since my first visit. The air conditioner dripped - they came, planted a beach towel and framed a bucket. Repaired in a day. Cleaning in the rooms for a weak C grade - they didn’t look at the balcony at all, they didn’t always wash the glasses. The sea is dirty in the afternoon - rubbish floats like in a sewer. The overall impression is - it's a pity - the hotel was good and the resort was good - I won't go again.

The hotel is ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo old, 1956 I think, crammed with all sorts of rubbish (old plush sofas, some tattered rugs, dilapidated furniture, old shabby linen, gray-brown towels (once they were white), etc. ; antique dealer I can’t name my tongue), saturated with dust and mold. The hotel is family owned and the management is quite peculiar. There are two "duty" rooms, which are settled on the day of arrival. It is not only possible to live in them, it is impossible to breathe in them. At the reception, they say that everything is busy. After spending the night, vacationers simply beg to be relocated anywhere. As soon as the magic phrase "we are ready to pay extra" sounds, 5-6 relocation options are immediately found. But it's very hard to be there. . My daughter and I are allergic, we had to spend all nights on the balcony (when the air conditioner was turned on, the room was saturated with mustiness, dust), and in the morning, quickly out of the room. . . The service staff (to put it mildly) is dishonorable. Separately, about the calculation of the departure. Check the bills thoroughly, otherwise instead of 30-50 euros you can pay 700-800. We had a similar situation, until a manager was invited, all bills were raised. I was surprised by another episode: Russian-speaking ELENA works at the reception. As soon as there is a misunderstanding with the account, she immediately stops communicating with the client, in my opinion, she even forgets the Russian language for a while. . . In general, there can be no talk of any 5 *!! !

Linen and towels were changed daily. In my opinion, the hotel is perfect for both relaxing holidays and families with children. The rooms are quite spacious, all rooms have balconies. A quiet place, of course, is not entirely for young people, but rather for older people and those who love a quiet holiday. The area is very pleasant, cozy and beautiful. Own garden and outdoor veranda. Swimming pool and jacuzzi both outdoors and in the spa

You won't find a better hotel in Lloret de Mar. The hotel is a small oasis surrounded by greenery. Staircase with direct access to the beach. We sunbathed on the beach right at the hotel where there are palm trees, bushes and huge flowers. Immediately left things and went to the sea. The staff is super. Food is nothing.
