He unwrapped the cellophane-wrapped napkin, and it turned out to be a used one with ketchup stains. Stewardess: we have nothing to do with it, breakfast is delivered to us under the contract. In general, preparations for EURO-12 are in full swing.
Arrived in Barcelona. We found a representative with a sign "Terramar tour". We put 20 seats on the bus, we are waiting. The bus gradually filled up. A woman comes up who brought us to the bus and declares that the bus is not actually “Terramar tour”, but of another company, and an employee of “Terramar tour” asked her to bring us to the hotel, because. on this day, only one couple arrives, i. e. we and ordering transport for us alone is expensive. She agreed, but since the number of her tourists turned out to be equal to the number of seats on the bus, we have to release the bus and get to the hotel by taxi, and then the Terramar tour compensates us for the costs. Hello. The distance to the hotel is 120 kilometers, a taxi costs 100 euros. After a long altercation, the lady called the Terramar tour manager, argued for a long time on the phone, then gave me the phone and I received an assurance that the taxi costs would be reimbursed to me upon presentation of the check. Indeed it happened, with apologies. By the way, from the airport to the hotel it was 163 euros.

Hotel. They settled in room 4009.4th floor, end, exit from the room to the roof of the 3rd floor, where three more rooms open. Everything would be fine, only 8 ventilation shafts, as expected, go out to the roof, some of the channels of which are connected to sewer risers and in the evenings one could enjoy the sea view and sewer smells. There was air conditioning in the room, which did not work, since there was no special need.
The hotel is located 5 kilometers from Salou and 2 kilometers from La Pineda - towns with beautiful beaches, promenades, places of recreation and entertainment. Near the hotel there are only a few cafes and shops, there is nowhere to go in the evening. Animation was, but we can say that it was not. 2 animators showed up only in the evenings, they tried to entertain the kids on a stage measuring 4 x 2.5 m.
The pros of the hotel.
The hotel is on the first line, the hotel area goes into a sandy beach. The beach is small, the coastline is 20 meters. You can go to the neighboring beach, which is 2 times wider, but there was no such need. The bottom is sandy, the entry into the sea is smooth, the kids have expanse. In Spain, all beaches are municipal, free with free access. Vacationers came to the beach from neighboring hotels, it was crowded, but tolerable. On the beach, sunbeds and umbrellas are paid, but people from neighboring hotels came with their umbrellas and mats, and Best Cup Salou vacationers sunbathed on the sunbeds by the pool and went swimming in the sea. The water temperature was invigorating, in my opinion not higher than 23 degrees, the air 24-28. Upon arrival, we were told that until June 18 the water was cold, people did not swim.
Food for 3 stars is beyond praise. Variety of fruit, meat and fish dishes.
Composition of vacationers: 50% of Russian speakers, mostly Russians, 40% - Spaniards, heard English speech. Age composition: retirement and pre-retirement age 50%, parents with children - 40%. In general, the hotel is for a relaxing holiday, there is nothing for young people to do there.
We bought a card for 20 trips by a suburban bus, traveled to nearby towns. Excursions were taken not from a hotel guide, but from the local company Bus Plana - it turns out up to 2 times cheaper.
In general, despite the bad start, we were satisfied with the rest.
