The operator Maksimova Natalya from online tours got me into this hotel, they would only have to sell the tour and make money, but the fact that people go there with their children is all the same !! ! This hotel and the place itself is contraindicated for families: everywhere there is dirt, cigarette butts, glasses, drunken Germans, dead rooms, we paid for the best one, they gave us the worst, on the first floor with cockroaches, mold, rubbish furniture collapsed, dusty, in the Acopulco building, in front of the loudspeakers rumbling, and the main bar with drinks where drinking takes place, I immediately told them to change, I didn’t give so much money for this, to which they answered we’ll change in the morning, now all the rooms are occupied, it’s just some kind of absurdity, it was the worst night of our lives, the most terrible holiday! The faces of El Arenal are just disgusting, drunken youth are everywhere, inhospitable, greedy and deceitful and sometimes aggressive Spaniards (local), in general, snickering, we won’t even go to this island for free, everything is expensive, unjustified, disgusting, the attitude towards Russians is, to put it mildly, cool, people don’t this vacation is worth that kind of money, and there are no such beauties, do not believe it, these are all myths !!! !
