We were in this hotel from 13 to 25 June. In general, the impressions are good. We were a bit unlucky with the weather. It had been raining before our arrival, so it was cool during the first days of our holiday. But we were able to make many excursions by renting a car. We just got under the action when we used the car for 3 days, and paid only for 2. Therefore, it turned out to be very inexpensive. Fiat Panda cost us about 75 euros for 3 days plus 45 euros for gasoline. Considering that one excursion per person at Natalie's tour costs 50 euros, the price is very favorable. The catalog and prices are available at the hotel reception.
I note that I am in Mallorca for the third time (I was in May 2006 and July 2007). Prior to that, we stayed in 3 * hotels in Playa de Palma with HB food type. For the price, these hotels are much more expensive than Palma Bay, which has ALL.
The hotel is located on the border of Arenal and Playa de Palma. They settled us in the Kapokoban building, like all Russians. The windows overlooked the forest, partly a volleyball court was visible.

The settlement went quickly. At the reception there is a Russian-speaking girl from Lithuania, felts from Latvia. Understands well, but speaks with difficulty. In principle, at the placement level, more is not needed. I speak English and German, so there were no problems with communication. Everyone understands English.
Number: In general, the room was satisfied. Room on the 3rd floor, standard, with a large balcony (there are rooms with terraces). In the room: 2 beds, a sofa (it is apparently an extra place), a table with a mirror, an armchair, a large closet, a safe (for a fee), a TV (the TV remote control is issued on bail). There is no refrigerator in the room. However, almost all 3 * hotels do not have them (there were also none in the previous two hotels). On the balcony there is a table and 2 chairs. There is air conditioning, but we never even turned it on. it was not hot, the open balcony door was enough. The bathroom had a hair dryer which is a plus. Many 3* hotels do not have hairdryers. The downside is that the beds were separate. Unfortunately, upon checking in, we were told that there were no good rooms with one large bed, there was only one tiny one, but we did not agree to it. All the furniture is no longer new, but we did not care at all. In the bathroom, by the middle of the holiday, water began to drip from the ceiling, they told the reception, they tried to fix it - it didn’t work. So for placement 4.
Meals: Breakfast and dinner were held in the Capocobana building, lunch - in Acapulco. Breakfast offered a standard set of dishes. Eggs (boiled, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs) fried bacon, potato casserole, pastries, butter, jams, honey, tomato juice, milk, muesli, tea, coffee, diluted drinks like Jupi. These dishes were every day and some dishes alternated: fried champignons, stewed beans, tomatoes with cheese, croutons. Lunch was the most varied of all meals. Offered: cheese, vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes, greens, lettuce, onions, olives and olives) and dressings for them (oil, vinegar, lemon, mayonnaise in bags, ketchup in bags). There were always 1-2 types of soups, quite edible. Stewed vegetables, french fries, boiled potatoes, rice, and pasta were offered as side dishes. There was always meat for hot dishes (several types of cooking without limitation, take it yourself as much as you want), fish (mostly fried). Every day something was cooked in a large cauldron. There was paella and something else unfamiliar. There was a good selection of fruits both fresh and canned. There were always apples and oranges, often they gave fresh pineapples, apricots, grapes, peaches. There were canned peaches and pineapples. And of course, desserts: all kinds of pastries with and without cream and fresh and canned fruits. From alcoholic wine red and white (self-service). Carbonated drinks - self-service. The downside for us was the lack of beer in restaurants. Dinner was more modest, but never left hungry. We went to oriental restaurants 2 times, signed up at the reception without any problems, but the food there is always the same. The advantage of this restaurant is that you can sit on the terrace. We took food from both the main restaurant and a la carte and sat on the terrace. During the day, you could always have a bite to eat at the barbecue bar, take pizza at the pool bar or eat fast food at the snack bar (there are very tasty squid rings, there are 2 types of chips, cheese, french fries, pastries, sausage, sausages). The bar by the central pool offers cocktails (they pour them ready-made from containers), beer, sangria wine, and strong drinks (I can’t say anything about them - I haven’t tried them). Served by 2 bartenders, but there is almost always a queue (5 people). There are only 4 tables under the canopy and they are always occupied. The rest of the tables are in direct sunlight. On hot days it is dangerous to sit there - you will burn out instantly.
Pools: There are several pools on the territory, but we did not swim in any of them, because. the water was ice cold due to bad weather in the first week of June.

Sea: 500 meters to the sea (downhill), but this place is not a very good beach. The entrance is rocky and often brings mud ashore. Before a good entrance to the sea, you need to walk a little more along the embankment. The beach itself is sandy along its entire length from Arenal to Palma with a good promenade. I recommend using the beach on the left side of the hotel (landmark Club Nautica) or on the right side (landmark hotel Spain). Nautica Beach has finer sand. It is wider. The entrance to the sea is small. Far from deep. Mostly families with children rest there. Many vacationers play badminton or float plates right in the water, so it seems to be cooler. Opposite the hotel Spain the entrance is sandy and after 2-3 meters it is already deep. There for those who like to swim. A bit surprised by the lack of toilets on the beach. Although they were there in 2007, I checked it myself. They were located on the back side of the cafe-kiosks, which are located on the embankment every 500 meters. Where they went is not clear. Sunbeds on the beach are paid, so vacationers lie on towels, air mattresses or mats. Everything can be bought right there.
Animation Entertainment Some animation in the hotel was even an evening show. I can’t say anything more, because. from the abundance of excursions, walks and the sea, they fell asleep instantly and early.
I can rate the work of the tour operator Natalie Tour as good. The return flight of Transaero was delayed for 3 hours due to the dispatchers' strike in France, we were informed about this in advance and the departure from the hotel was postponed. When we arrived at the airport and went to the landing, it turned out that we were not given a corridor and we still had to wait. As a result, the total flight delay was 9 hours. A huge minus for the carrier, they didn’t provide us with drinks, food, or the required call, although people demanded. The only thing that was done was to free all the boarding gates of the lower floor and not put other flights in these gates so that people could move freely around the entire floor and not toil in stuffiness.
In general, the holiday was a success.
