The hotel is decorated in an Arab-Moorish style. During the construction, natural materials were used - mainly Canarian pine and mountain stone. The park area of the hotel with tropical gardens covers 12,000 square meters. Built in 1987, the last reconstruction was carried out in 2010-2012. The hotel is ideal for honeymooners and lovers of a relaxing holiday.More →

Let's start with the fact that the staff of the travel agency ordered us a cold plate: we were told that "the kitchen is not working" and no one gave us anything (although room service is 24h).
We took only breakfast: a chic buffet.
The interior of the hotel is very colorful and unusual.
The location of the hotel is good.
I would like to note that the site said: a surprise is provided for the newlyweds and the travel agency informed them about this in all documents! But we had to remind ourselves of this.
These are all trifles, but on vacation there is no desire to sort things out. In general, not a good impression was left about the service of the hotel.
And in general, the design of the rooms is the same on the site, but in reality everything is VERY different from the pictures.
We advise you not to book rooms with "garden view", because in fact, the view is not on the garden, but on the fence (and there is still poor ventilation).

The hotel was opened in 1988 and apparently at that time was the best in Tenerife. The hosts are trying to maintain a high bar even now. Beautiful architecture - snow-white Moroccan positive style - stands out against the background of most brick-and-concrete boxes of neighboring hotels. Excellent cuisine - we had BB, these are the best breakfasts from more than a dozen 5 * hotels in different countries that we have visited. Great meat, jamon sausages, cheeses - a separate conversation, pastries, champagne, etc.

Location. Hotel in the first line from the ocean. For Tenerife, this is very significant, because 95% of the hotels are not clear where, and the hotels do not have their own beaches, but all are municipal. So this hotel has. True, you swim not in the sea, but in a pool of sea water, in peace and quiet from the anthills of public beaches.
Between the beach of the hotel and the hotel there is a pedestrian promenade that runs along the entire coast from Las Americas to Costa Adeje. I left the hotel, you want to go right, you walk, you want to go left. Everywhere beauty, bars, shops, restaurants, sunset ...super. No nearby discos or other noisy establishments.
Five minutes walk from the hotel, two small beaches with sand from the Sahara. We did not like them - the sand is very fine, like dust. A little wind blows and it turns out a mini sandstorm. We walked 5 minutes further (to the right) to the black sand beach. There, the water area is larger and somehow more exotic.

Accommodation. It's not clear here. For example, our possible problems were resolved through 40 euros at the reception at the settlement. A suite was received with an ocean view, marble, Grohe plumbing, a terrace and a complete set from slippers to bathrobes, etc. But those who lived in standards often asked to change their rooms.
I'm also not sure about the comfort of the rooms overlooking the restaurant and the embankment (the left wing of the hotel) where it's noisy and there are unpleasant odors. There was always a Russian-speaking girl Oksana at the reception, who helped with any questions. There were about 30% Russians in the hotel. No discrimination was observed. In general, Spaniards are very friendly. Hotel age. Very few young people and those mostly with children. If someone needs a party and movement, then you should go to another hotel.

Territory. Not big, but very green. inside the hotel there is a swimming pool with warm fresh water, by the sea - a beach with cold ocean water. It is not easy to swim in the ocean itself, because the coast is littered with boulders to protect against waves. Although I managed to carefully descend and dive with a mask and fins. Beach fights resented, but not for long. It was more difficult to get out, because even a small wave could hit the stones hard.
The daredevil following me could not get out and swam to the public beach (400 meters : ). The hotel is constantly prichuhivayut and tint, but its age is still very noticeable. I agree with the reviews that it would have been possible to change the rugs in the corridors a long time ago, paint all the walls, etc. If you are used to glamor, then you are not here.

Prices. The prices are very reasonable throughout the resort. Even compared to our prices in Odessa or, for example, Turkey and Egypt. On the waterfront in restaurants, always be interested in special offers or happy-hour, when there are discounts. Basically it is in the afternoon until 18.00. Here are the average prices in euros:
Beer 1 in the afternoon - 2-2.5 in the evening
Fish with garnish - from 4 to 10
Shrimp clams - 6 to 12
Paella 9 to 12
Lobsters on average 35 per piece.
Sangria (their wine) 5 to 8 per litre.
Portions are usually large. Always order 1 for two and only then see if it is worth making an additional order. Save a lot. On average, a lunch or dinner with beer and wine for 2 cost about 20 euros.
If tiger prawns or expensive fish were added, then 30 euros.
The best restaurant on the waterfront, fortunately the closest to the hotel - El Mago - just to the right of the hotel. It never has discounts. But there is the best cuisine, average prices and very large portions. Another 20 meters behind it is a sports pub. There is no food, but very cheap booze. Beer is always 1 euro, and very tasty Sangria 4.95 per liter. In general, a strange drink - you drink it like juice, it cuts like moonshine.

The shops. Cheap, everything is cheap. Cosmetics and clothes like Zara and Mango - two, two and a half times. And not in duty free! Shop on the island. Mango and bananas 1-1.5 euros per kg. Cheeses and salami - from 2 to 8 euros in a supermarket. Branded clothes are average. Watches and jewelry are much cheaper than ours, but not cheaper than, for example, in Dubai.

Tours. We were on a safari on scooters with dolphins, took a catamiran yacht, watched whales and turtles, went to Loro Park and Siam Park, went on a survey through the volcano to the north coast and to Masca.
All of the above are counts. Definitely a must see. They took from Maris on tenerife-excursions. ru - much cheaper than teztur. But the thesis must be given credit - their guides are incomparably stronger than others. I advise you not to sting and take a review from them. Was on a fishing trip.... we didn't catch anything. They wanted a big one and swam trolling for 3.5 hours. It would be better to take bottom fishing.
By the way, the northern coast is 10 times more picturesque.
Whether or not to take a car is up to you. But I warn you, parking is very bad. Parking 200-300m from your destination is good luck. Serpentine in the mountains in the Mask - not for the faint of heart. If you have the opportunity - travel around the northern towns, embankments and beaches - the color and beauty are indescribable.

Have a good holiday everyone!

We flew from Natalie Tours, we really liked it, the tour operator and the hotel were advised by the Unitours travel agency.
We liked the hotel, very nice pleasant area with swimming pools. I rested with my sister and nephew, he spent a lot of time with other children near one pool, we - near another (with water from the ocean).
It is worth noting the food - very high quality for 5+, always a wide variety of meat and fruit dishes.
The room was given an old one, but I think that all the rooms there are in approximately the same condition, so they didn’t swear and ask for another one. The room has everything, but it would be nice to update it.
And as a piece of advice to the hotel - invite more attendants, the service will improve.
From the excursions we visited Jungle Park and on a boat trip, I can recommend it.

My husband and I had a honeymoon trip from 07/06/2012 to 07/20/2012. We chose the tour and this hotel marked honeymooners. The hotel itself is beautiful. Not bad rooms, but unfortunately with a broken air conditioner. We left a request twice, but it was never fixed. Service in the restaurant leaves much to be desired, zero attention to Russian tourists! Service in the restaurant leaves much to be desired, zero attention to Russian tourists! After we were given the questionnaires and I honestly answered all the questions, they had the audacity to call the number and ask why I answered like that. Regarding the cleaning of the rooms, one day we were late for the tour and forgot to leave tea for the maid, so upon returning we found the dust not wiped off. Our vacation ended with the fact that before leaving home we met a young couple and wanted to talk a little, so we were kicked out of the tables and told that after 23:00 it was not supposed to be on the terrace. We went to the room, where we continued our communication, after which security knocked on our room and forbade us to laugh, after a few minutes again. I want to note that we behaved decently, I don’t see anything wrong with laughter. The next day we received a letter asking us not to make noise after 23:00. Given the fact that we allowed ourselves a cheerful company during the two weeks of rest, it is doubly insulting. In general, we really liked the island, interesting excursions, lots of entertainment, amazing ocean!

This is its own charm, they were like, hung out, stared and into silence. Excellent, responsive staff, solves any issue with a smile and in a minute. Special thanks to Yaroslav (at the reception). I liked everything, the food was excellent, meat, fish, turkey, chicken, seafood, rabbit, a lot of fruit for breakfast, and what delicious pineapples!
Amazing trips to the parks: Loro, Jungle, Siam, the delight of a child, and, to be honest, an adult. We took an individual trip to the village of Masca, the Teide volcano, and many other beautiful views caught our eye (guide Alexei, a walking encyclopedia). We rented a bike, which is also great.
I hope we will return there, we really liked it.

In early September, my wife and I rested in Tenerife, at the Jardin Tropical Hotel for ten days. Not for the first time in Spain, we went to the Costa del Sol several times, once to the Atlantic in El Puerto de Santa Maria. Not for the first time in Spain, we went to the Costa del Sol several times, once to the Atlantic in El Puerto de Santa Maria. This time we decided, since the vacation is not as long as usual, not to scatter, to give up long domestic trips to interesting places and give ourselves up to swimming and sunbathing. For these reasons, we decided to leave the mainland and fly to the island of Tenerife. In Natalie-tour, they made several offers to us, but my wife immediately laid eyes on Jardin. Painfully, he reminded her of the eastern palace from the old children's film about Aladdin.

The hotel is located near the town of Costa Adeje, twenty kilometers from the airport, so having arrived and picked up the luggage, we reached the place in about 20 minutes. The hotel is really impressive, the architects did their best by erecting this sugary Moorish fairy tale against the backdrop of a tall sky and sea. Looks cooler than on the brochures.
Stayed in a room overlooking the beach. The room is spacious, well furnished, a TV with a Russian channel (but we only turned it on upon arrival), a solid bath with all kinds of cosmetics, etc. In general, the European level, we lived all ten days in comfort.

About nutrition. Breakfasts are standard for Spanish hotels - the basis of all kinds of egg dishes, cereals, fruit and vegetable salads, three or four types of cheeses, sausages (my favorite jamon appeared periodically), rather mediocre coffee in jugs was brought by the waiter (but we quickly figured out that in the corner there is a good coffee machine, and our mood has improved), five types of juices (plus orange fresh on request), sour milk, buns, cakes, etc. In general, despite the fact that the morning menu did not change almost, a huge assortment made it possible to diversify breakfast. And the quality of everything is very high, except that the sausages are rather inedible, soy is soy. Our tour included only breakfast.
But in the morning we refueled so much that we did without lunch, well, except for throwing ourselves a sandwich with tuna or shrimp with beer in some cafe. By the way, the Spanish Cruzcampo is a very decent service, I recommend it, but on the island it is mainly Dorada and Tropical for sale, which is also very, very. We ate quite late. The freshest grilled seabass or breaded red mullet, super-cooked beef steak, mussels, shrimp, etc. Despite the simplicity of the dishes, it is impossible to break away. And olives of all kinds and sizes. Some establishments serve olives for free as a compliment. All this was washed down with malvasia and sherry, my favorite Madrid rioja was practically not found on the menu.

As for the main purpose of the trip, the beach seems to be endless, sixty meters wide, in some places very wide. Fine sand, good entry into the sea, you don’t have to cripple your feet on corals.
The water is wonderful, often a good wave, on which it is pleasant to swing and dive (that's why we love the Atlantic). The economy is all, of course, municipal, therefore they clean the beach well, but there is no special equipment, but we didn’t need it. One day there was a strong wave, the sand and water stirred up, I had to step into the pool, but by the next morning everything had subsided. We didn’t use the sunbeds much, we preferred taking a towel and water and walking along the edge of the surf, periodically stopping to take a dip. For a day, it happened, they walked ten kilometers. And it is useful, and tan lays down more evenly. In general, Spain - 5, the island - 5, the hotel too - 5.

Within 1.5 days they knocked out a large room with a separate veranda and a view of the sea and the garden (no extra charge).
3 couples of newlyweds also had problems with check-in (with whom we met, there are a lot of newlyweds, Russians in the hotel).
The food is excellent, they cook deliciously. Wine at dinner for extra. the fee is wonderful. we took breakfast and dinner. We did not regret it. Plenty of restaurants on site. Dinner every evening at a new location on site.
The pool is excellent. There is warm and very cold ocean water. There is no beach at the hotel. We went every day to different beaches: gray volcanic, yellow. We went to black and beautiful yellow sands. Just super.
I definitely advise you to refuse excursions and travel around the island on your own. I advise you to rent a yacht (about 30 thousand rubles a day) Of course, it’s not cheap for two, but there are many Russians with whom you can unite. on the island you can do good shopping, but you need to drive through several shopping centers. Of course, we largely arranged our own rest. Therefore, we liked the rest. Of course, in the near future I want to visit new places, so I'm not going to Tenerife for the second time. But for those who have not been, I advise you to go.

First, 1.5 hours at the check-in desk upon arrival at the airport, because passport control is one window. And only after our tourists began to frankly resent, whistle, opened the second one. Then 1 hour of waiting on the bus, because someone lost their luggage. We arrived at the hotel already after midnight. , but not now. Somehow you can see that everything is old. And the tiles on the floor, and iron elevators. Some had problems with hot water and plumbing.
There are no shampoos in the bathroom. There is a container hanging on the wall in the bathroom - this is both shampoo and shower gel.
Cleaning is so-so. The maid comes at a convenient time for her, but we resigned ourselves and sat in the hall while she cleaned.
Sunbeds on the beach were not always available. If it is not early to come, it is unlikely that you will be able to lie down.
The ocean was invigorating, but we still swam.
There were always queues in the restaurant. Sometimes more, sometimes less. The staff tried to accommodate everyone as quickly as possible. The food is nothing special. I don’t advise taking three meals a day. delicious and cheap food.
Instead of one of the dinners, we went to a fish restaurant. We didn’t understand why it was a fish restaurant, because one fish dish was offered. We would have eaten more deliciously in the main restaurant.
The animation is very modest. In the children's room there is billiards, slot machines and a table with a sliding puck (I don’t remember the name of the game). Everything was paid and not everything worked. But the children liked it.
On excursions. I really liked the lora park, and even more the jungle park. Apparently because we went without a guide, alone and were in no hurry. Finally we went to the decoy park. remember. I liked the flamenco show.
Of course, the second time I would not visit this hotel. It seems nothing bad, but nothing good either.
