The hotel is excellent, well maintained and clean. All staff are friendly and courteous. The rooms are spacious, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The only negative was that you can’t walk anywhere around the hotel, there was nothing interesting. And so all day a free bus to Puerto de la Cruz, and there it was already possible to spend at least a whole day.

The only negative was that you can’t walk anywhere around the hotel, there was nothing interesting. And so all day a free bus to Puerto de la Cruz, and there it was already possible to spend at least a whole day. There are indoor and outdoor pools. Indor paid. Vacationers are mostly all Germans and French, there were no Russians. In terms of food, every day there was a huge and very varied buffet. For dinner, various desserts and fruits. Everything is very delicious. I recommend the hotel for a family vacation or a large company. The couples were obviously bored there.
